First time in a while, we actually received a correct order! I know this doesn't seem like a big deal, but in this time and... age... it's a big deal!!! 24 Krystal cheeseburgers ???? Food was good. The service was a little slow. The big problem with Krystal is value for the money. This company built its... reputation on great food at an inexpensive price. It was the place to bring the whole family and break your wallet. Things havechanged with this company over the years. When I was a kid in Georgia in the 70's, Krystal even served fried chicken at aseperate counter. Trying to compete with KFC and Churchs Chicken. Read more
There should be an option to give zero stars, as this store was abysmal this afternoon. After ordering and moving up to the... window to pay, we were ignored for a full 10 minutes by the worker focusing all her time on her visible tablet. Finally twoother workers handled the payment and gave us the food. We then drove a short distance to Harbor Freight to eat. Once weopened the bags we found very cold fries and burgers. The buns on a few of the burgers were hard and dry from sitting out. With the food so cold, what was the purpose for making wait 10 minutes at the window? I can understand waiting for food to beprepared, but it was cold. I think they made us wait at the window and served us cold food out of spite. I'll never go back. Food was too cold and questionable to eat, so fed it to my dogs. Didn't even drink the sodas. Read more
Had a Krystal burger from Trinity Lane it was so good I decided to get more from the Springfield location. Nothing like what I... had earlier in the day. The staff didn?t even want to answer at speaker we had to call inside to get them to acknowledge wewe?re sitting at the speaker and they had the nerve to have an attitude. The food was old and absolutely horrible. I triedcalling but no one would answer the phone. This was the worst Krystal I have ever eaten. Very disappointing. I deserve a refunddefinitely didn?t eat it. If you want hot tasty Krystal?s don?t go to the Springfield Tn. location. You will definitely bedisappointed. Read more
