The service was sad to say the least. They told us to pull over since our food would take 10 min. after 15 I went to the door... where the worker was sitting in the lobby reading. He proceeded to hand me my food with a ?sorry bro, I forgot?. The food hassat in the box for a while and was ready to fall through the bottom of the pizza box. Didn?t give any sauce for the crazy breadafter asking if I wanted it and the bread was smushed and stale. This is just one of the SEVERAL horrible experiences I?ve dealtwith at this location, needless to say I won?t be returning. Read more
While sitting in the lobby waiting on a call in order to be ready the employees were standing around arguing over who was going... to assist customers in the drive through, talking to one of the male employees calling him a racist and a liar (which he wasmaking racist remarks and telling stories as to why it was okay to act the way he did). The only two employees that wereactually working was the young lady with glasses and another woman actually working the drive through. The lobby was gross tosay the least. Dirty cleaning rags on the counter, empty napkin packaging, etc. I understand kids in high school want to workbut to hire them and not have a manager in store is going to push customers away. Customers are waiting while they are standingaround cussing and carrying on and it is so unprofessional I?m glad I didn?t bring one of my children with me. It will be awhile before I ever come back. This is consistently the worst restaurant in Springfield. Customer service is nonexistent. The employees will not acknowledge a... customer has entered the restaurant until they feel like taking a break from chatting with each other. Then they seem upset thatyou are the reason they have to actually do their job. The estimated wait time is never less than 10 minutes but more often thannot you'll wait 30 minutes or more. A few times I've placed a mobile order, waited to leave home until receiving thenotification that it's ready for pickup only to arrive at the store and find they hadn't even put it in the oven yet! It'sbeyond infuriating. I'd rather go anywhere else and spend way more money than deal with this place. Read more
First time to place order on app. Pizza to be ready 5:11 to 5:16. At 5;09, pizza just went in oven per app. At 5:19 I went in to... check on it. I was told it was in oven, as app showed. Two people working talked about my order, it was in the box and sittingon counter. I left with it at 5:22. At 5:26 and 5:37 both I received emails my pizza was done. Wow... Every time I order from here there is something obviously wrong with what they give. I need to stop ordering from this... place. They don't care at all at this location. This pizza is hard, misshapen, has a weird blue color to part of the cheese, andthe cheese is not even on it right. The cut is also horrible, which is something I'd normally deal with, but wow. Disappointed. We ordered deep dish pepperoni and got all crust no pizza. The second pizza we ordered- they didnt even attempt to... cut it. There are to many pizza places around here. Won't be ordering from here again. Read more
I give one star to the one kind boy working the window the other boy tried telling me he was a manager when I went into the... lobby at 7:30 and was told it was closed. I tried ordering online and they said they overlooked my order and pulled us forwardfor 15 minutes to wait and then the so called manager Ashley comes out of the bathroom with her stomach hanging out of her shirtand proceeds to tell me there is nothing they can do inside to help me and I need to go through the drive thru because they aregetting ready to close. I would love to speak to the owner or a general manager. Read more
Who ever was making pizza on black Friday 2022 in the evening made the best pizza I have ever had from the Springfield location.... We didn't wait long this time Got our food pretty quickly compared to other times and it was hot and delicious. Good job keepthese employees best experience so far and the guy working the window was very friendly compared to other people who work there. Read more
