This McDonald's does an excellent job of keeping up with traffic flow. This place is ALWAYS busy and has 2 drive thru lines.... This location knocks it out of the park with their speedy service and accuracy of their orders. This is the only McDonald'saround I don't complain waiting at! Well I was doing errands. I have diabetes and my blood sugar was headed down. I decided to run thru drive thru cause not only... was I hungry, I love McDonald's double cheese. I ordered an honestly wasn't paying attention to what the employee said. That'sall I ordered was 1 double cheeseburger. I headed to pay window an thought... DID SHE JUST SAY $3 SOMETHING? I was great.. theygot my order wrong. GUESS WHAT .... No they didn't. $3.17 for 1 dam double cheeseburger. I spoke to the employee about, who wasvery kind and sweet, and she asked to be sure and the manager, who sort of had an attitude, just told in a tone, no that's howmuch they are. Our prices went up. I replied, dang it was on the , 99 cent menu. I can't imagine what the meal deal cost. And ofcourse she had a response... WE DONT HAVE A 99CENT MENU ANYMORE. My sugar is still slowly going down so I paid an left. OMG Ishouldn't have bothered.. HEY MCDONALD'S.... IF IM GONNA PAY 3.17 FOR A DANG DOUBLE CHEESEBURGER ID LIKE IT TO BE HOT AND FRESHAND NOT LOOK LIKE YOU TOOK 2 CHEESE BURGERS AN SLAPPED IT TOGETHER TO MAKE A DOUBLE. I won't be going back. Read more
They always get the order wrong. Yes maybe they are good with the flow of the line but not when they keep getting the food... wrong. They need to slow down and make the food correctly and possibly a little more cleaner, every time I get something it?salways thrown in the bag open it up and all the condiments are to the side of the bag not on the burger! Please do better andmaybe hire some people who have some manners, I understand nobody in Springfield likes to work but maybe say thank you have anice day without having an attitude. You work in customer service learn to have a approach to people to where they want to comeback and not like me where I?ve had bad experience multiple times and not gotten to the point where I?m about to speak tocorporate.
