I surprised my Colombian husband for his birthday but now we should have gone somewhere else. They charge like a fast food... restaurant, there is no waiters at all and we had to wait for someone to clean the table so we could sit. We ordered theHawaiian chicken, the steak with beans, a tamal and the quesadilla. All of the dishes DIDN'T have any kind of flavor. Even thequesadilla was tasteless! The food took forever to arrive to the table. All of the side salads had rot dead lettuce in them. Idecided to try the pastries to be insulted by the cashier lady. She had attitude and kept getting my order wrong. I told her Iwanted a tres leches cup and would forget to get it for me and I had to keep asking her to go get it. After she got me a MilHojas pastry she placed the container on its side and I asked her to change it for a new one since it got messed up, she saidthey didn't do that. The pastry arrived upside down and it crumbled looking like a hot mess!! I will order in advance so I don'thave to deal with people and their bad attitude issues. FOOD IS OVERPRICED TOO!!! Read more

I like this bakery because the breads are very tasty and they are homemade and everything is fresh. I enjoy a lot of all their... breads and cakes. They are a delicatessen. For my palate and the place is very clean and the cashiers are always very kind andcharming. Read more

Went there for a soup? flavor, size, were find, service was perfect but the food was overpriced! I am aware time is complicated... but $20 for a soup and a drink is a bit much! It was a Colombian soup, a similar Central American soup and a drink are in the$13.00 -$14.00 price range. BTW place was revamped and looks nice! Read more

Honestly the customer service is terrible. We were told the food was going to be ready in 35 min and we agreed to it but after... that nobody came to let us know the food was going to be another 40 min late. It?s very disappointing because when we made ourcomplaint about it we weren?t heard just brushed off and there was nothing that could?ve been done. We would?ve understood ifthey came and told us about the lateness but nothing was done just the servers and cashiers saying oh it?s ready it?s ready andstill had to wait 10 more min for the rest of the food. The food was good but after an hour of waiting nobody felt like eatinganymore. Advice for customers: order takeout ahead on weekends Advice for the restaurant. Have the decency and courtesy oftelling your diners the real wait time on the food. There?s no shame on telling the truth. Read more

3.5 Again I say, "Never go with high expectations to a place." We found this place online at 1 am and got very excited to... visit it....But we were let down. CUSTOMER SERVICE Fair. One of the employees didn't know how to explain the food they wereselling another knew nothing of the plate itself AND we ordered very simple dishes. FOOD We ordered Carne a la plancha witharepa con queso. Burrito with rice and sausage. In my opinion, the carne a la plancha is nothing special nor does it have agood flavor. It was over cooked which made it hard to chew. Absolutely zipo flavor. Something that I will avoid from now toeternity! The burrito was decent but flavors didn't balance well. A bit greasy for the morning. So why so high score? Theappetizers were decent, papa rellena, and the baked goods were above average. Tons of parking space. SUMMARY The moral of thestory repeats itself, when you have a large menu you become master of no dish. Still, We will be back. I've had amazingColumbian food, and hope that next time the quality control is spot on. Plus there is a ton of more items on there menu. Read more

Ordered Bandeja Paisa, Carne Asada and yuca fríes. -They don't know how to cook their steaks. Both the carne asada and the... steak in the bandeja paisa were dry yet the fat wasn't rendered. The beans lacked flavor and the rice was lumpy. The egg on theother hand was cooked to perfection (over easy) and the plantains were sweet and tender. The chorizo, chicharon, arepa and yucafríes were great. They do have a great bakery selection and it all looks delicious. I will try this place again but will notorder anything with steak. *UPDATE: 2 Stars from 3: They recently expanded and are having a difficult time adjusting. They needto have either server sections or more cashiers with experience. Went on Sunday at around 3pm and the line to the counter was ahalf-hour long. We wanted more drinks but didn't because the line moved really slow. Also, had to wipe down and clean my owntable as there was nowhere else to seat. I don't think I'll be returning. Read more
