Got their grilled chicken sandwich. It was cooked really well, it was very moist and tender. I've had worse at more expensive... restaurants. The toppings were nice and fresh; I do wish it had come with more BBQ sauce though. Fries were really got, thetater tots could have been cooked a smidge longer, but they were still pretty good. Got a kids hotdog for my daughter, it was alittle over cooked and wrinkled...it looked kind of sad. I'll have to remember to ask them to cook it for less time next time. The parts she ate, she liked. I had the most amazing experience here at this restaurant today. I come to the restaurant very often and have never been... dissatisfied but today you guys really wowed me. I am 8 months pregnant and did not feel well at all upon arrival. An employeenamed C went out of her way to make sure I was extremely comfortable. She even played my favorite song. PGR in Springfield Virginia has one of the finest burger preparation specialists I’ve ever experienced. The taste of my double... Swiss and mushroom was incredible! I feel like ever since it's opened, BGR has been getting better and better. What started as my thoughts as mediocre burgers has... turned into rivaling the greats like five guys, their burgers are much juicier and flavorful nowadays. The staff are nice, Ihear them chat amongst themselves so I assume it's a good workspace. The layout is very well done considering the thin strip ofbuilding that it is. Read more

What happened to BGR in Springfield?! It used to serve up good food with friendly service. Now the restaurant in filthy. Our... feet stuck to the floor with every sticky step. The counters were greasy, and every container our food was packed in quicklysaturated with the grease coming out of the food. Even the bag was covered in grease before we got home. The garlic fries usedto be sprinkled with parmisan and garlic and shaken in a clean stainless steel bowl before being put into a cardboard foodcontainer. Now the questionable garlic mixture is squirted out of a bottle like ketchup in a large oily puddle in the middle ofthe fries. This is the photo included. The onion rings were not individual rings, but rather one large fused together lump, andsaturated in grease. We ordered milkshakes too. The outside of one cup was covered in sticky, partially dried milkshake. Howlong had that been there?? Service wasn't terrible but also nothing good about it. Very unlike the BGR of a couple years ago.This was the first time we've been back since the pandemic. I can assure everyone who reads this, we will NOT be going back toBGR in Springfield, VA.
