Friendly staff with delicious food. The wait times can be a little long due to short staff, so I recommend ordering take out if... you're in a hurry. The team there is phenomenal and did their best to make sure my mom and I were taken care of despite beingshort handed. Read more

Low key family restaurant. Chain left my area. Not busy location. Real quiet. Service staff went above call of duty. Prices... reasonable. Plenty of menu options. Read more

Upon receiving a messed up order we sent it back only for it to be replaced by the kitchen. On top of that the 'fresh fruit' was... starting to rot. Going to have to find a new place for my Tuesday breakfast. Will try again another day hopping for a bettercrew. Read more

We ordered from Bob Evans via UberEats, so I wasn't expecting the food to be fresh or hot, but our experience was just... pitiful. My husband order a bowl of chicken noodle soup and a side of fries. The "bowl" of soup was a small cup that was about2/3rds filled. The "broth" was at least 75% grease, and completely inedible. The side of fries was tiny and they had a strangebitter aftertaste, definitely not worth $3.50. I ordered a half sandwich and a side salad. The sandwich was a little soggy, butotherwise okay. The salad would have been fine, but I received tartar sauce in place of the ranch dressing. My son's mac andcheese was pretty good. Maybe they're good in person, but I would not recommend ordering from here. Read more

My family and I have frequent Bob Evans many times... way before the Pandemic. Most of the Staff we knew are no longer working... there. Recently, we visited and noticed that there was only one waitress on duty name Crissy and there were quite a bit ofcustomers in the restaurant. She appeared to be overwhelmed but pushed through it and did a magnificent job. Although mySunshine Skillet was horrible, the Cook really tried to keep up and did a better job with the Pancakes. I felt the femaleManager on duty could have assisted her more. I recommend that they hire more staff. I really felt sorry for her. Keep up thegood work Crissy. Read more

I've driven by Bob Evans so many times, finally got a chance to go in. Did not disappoint. We went there mid afternoon, so it... was empty. We had an early dinner, it was great and filling, comfort food as they call it. Had the chicken fried steak, veryfilling. I need to go there for breakfast, seems like it would be great. Read more

It was a DISASTER! From the beginning to the end, not worth returning. We arrived and no one, but I mean no one even... acknowledged we were there. After around 8 min mark someone said have you been talking care of? I was second in line andobviously the first clients were there before us. People were leaving angry, at one point one of the servers said to a femalewho got up and left, "I hope you get better service next time." At least the server was honest. Thumbs ????up for that. Butlet's analyze what the server said, "I hope..." at no moment did the server say, come back, you WILL get better service nexttime. To be fair, we got there a bit after, what I assume was the morning rush time. FOOD Not worth the price, due to noflavor and poor quality control, EXTREMELY OVERPRICED. By now you know me. If food is on point, a high price is a fairprice. I got the NEW, Farmers Berry Choice with hashbrowns and French Toast. The ham was the only good item. Eggs had noflavor. Hashbrowns dull. Again zero flavor. Cardboard is tastier. The French, would be insulted if they knew, that Bob Evans inSpringfield Va, was serving a French Toast with a wierd aftertaste. It had no flavors, just sweetness, and again, the aftertastewas horrible. Like if it was cooked using old ingredients... Yeah, definitely not a pleasant experience. I was surprised. Ihadn't gone in a while, before covid, and food and service was much better. I had to leave the French Toast. Couldn't take it And I have eaten some wierd stuff but this one is in a category of its own. The bisquets were a bit too salty, gofigure. Coffee was decent. Can you imagine, the free coffee was ok. But the food would be sent back from the devilhimself. SERVER: Seemed a bit rushed but was professional. I was able to get a smile from her. So that coupled with the hamand coffee is the reason of two stars. BATHROOMS: Men's was clean. RETURN FACTOR: 30% I may return at a less busy time tosee if they can ge Read more

Typically Bob Evan's restaurants are consistent with food quality and service. With little kids, we often stop at a local store... while traveling since it's reliable, family and budget friendly. This location changed my opinion on the overall consistency andreliability though. If you're traveling and looking for a quick bite or have kids and want something to please everyone, do notstop at this Bob Evan's. Omelette was hard and overcooked. Homefries tasted like leftovers that had been deep fried. Burger bunwas greasy, but the burger was tough and chewy. Wildfire chicken salad didn't have any wildfire bqq, cheese, or onions, and thechicken was tough and crunchy, again like leftovers that were deep fried a second or third time. Sausage gravy had a film ontop, as if it had been sitting under a heat lamp for a long time, but it was barely warm. Our server was friendly, but had zeromenu knowledge. She told us just point to what you want on the menu cause I don't know what most of it is. My husband orderedthe 3 meat omelette and she asked what do you want in your omelette, I don't know what that is? We ordered turkey, mashedpotatoes, and corn for our 2 yr old, and the server asked the sandwich? She came back twice to ask about our bread choices. Thencame back 2 more times because she forgot what sides we ordered. The food did take a little longer than usual, especially sincethere were only 2 or 3 other tables with guests. Overall, as a parent and Bob Evan's lover, I was not impressed! My husband andI didn't even finish our meals. My kids were happy with their pancakes, turkey lurkey dinner, and fries (2 bites of the burgerand my daughter said nope) though. Read more
