Ordered via GrubHub. The chicken katsu, mandu, and kimchi tasted exactly as I had in Korea. Kimchi wasn't to my liking (sweeter... than spicy) but was no different than any restaurant in Seoul. For the potstickers I select the spicy sauce. Hard to see in thepictures, or in person, but they are fried with the spicy sauce. It was certainly spicier than I'd have liked. Had similar inKorea in a few restaurants and the spicy was there for flavor, these were nearing Buldak level of spicy. Good flavor butcouldn't finish them. Katsu was as good as you can get, however it did not come with the slaw that was listed on the menu. Thefries are where I had an issue. Granted they were delivered so texture aside, there was no flavor. For $9.14 it's a hard passfor any future orders. Fries, mandu, katsu, and kimchi came out to ~$50 via GrubHub. For the type of food very over priced butalright for once in a while and to split amongst 2 people maybe. Read more
Still great chicken. Salad was fresh and tasty. Tons of cars parked in its parking lot so we picked up our food. Pricey but... soooo good and crispy. Read more
Bonchon has the best the food!! It?s so yummy and amazing!! I love the bonchon wrap it?s one of my favorite foods there. I love... how there is a variety of amazing foods to try from definitely coming back again!! ???? We ordered some wings, the flavor is good and the fries seasoned, as is typical of Asian cuisine, savor them, they?re strong and... highly seasoned, if you like that type of flavor, then you will like this place. Do not go here! It's below-average Korean fried chicken. Over $18 1/3 of Bulgoki inside of a container that most restaurants we... order fill with the foods. We also order salads. They didn?t send dressing. Everything looks under portion sizes compared withother locations and higher prices point. Read more
just opened , the general manager was very friendly. Good size drums sticks although the wings are crispier for... takeout. updating review after dining in 1 month after it opened. 1. they do not let you order ahead for dining so be preparedto wait. took over 30 min to get a large order of wings after ordering , fries took 25 min 2. bibimbap comes with quinoa whichis an interesting twist with a packet of gochujang (spicy pepper paste) 3. the parm fries are awesome just took forever espwith the spicy Mayo . no regular Mayo available as a condiment for your fries 4. the udon is actually REALLY good. 5. porkbuns are good too, they also don't have root beer which my friend wanted but was expected. Exited to see another Bonchon open semi close to me. Ordered the lunch special (8 strips half soy garlic half spicy with... seasoned fries) to go and was surprised when I saw the strips; I guess this one does their strips different because all theother ones I had from other locations flatten the chicken, no worries still tasted great. Might have gotten all soy garlicstrips because they all looked the same so I can?t really say much about the spicy but the soy garlic is spot on but wish theyhad another brush before being served. First time trying the seasoned fries and were very good and a good portion too (photo maylook like it?s not). Overall it was a good meal and forgot to take a photo of the chicken before taking a bite. I also enjoythat this location has fries as an option for side for the lunch special (some do not). Total bill $68. Bibimbap with bulgogi was delicious. Not sure if the lettuce was washed good, CRUNCHED on SAND while eating the... bibimbap????. TheBOTTOM layer of bibimbap was all rice, don?t be fooled because it looks filled to the top. The 16 piece wings????. Two sides of kimchi- one of the two was half full. The Kim chi has more of a fire/hot spicy flavor. Rather small portionsof rice / 2 sides orders. Expected more food for $62. Tipped $5 and change for carry out. My order was ready prior to estimatedready time. I?ll order only wings/drumsticks if I ever go back, nothing else. Read more
