Took 30 minutes for an online order when ordering in line takes 2 minutes. NO UTENSILS INCLUDED EITHER??? The bag is sealed and... taped so you obviously assume everything you ordered is in there. I requested utensils and did not receive them even though theytook 30 minutes on my order. Couldn't even eat it on time for my lunch break because I did not have other utensils. Terribleservice. When the manager was checking the temperature of the foods, she would wipe the thermometer off on her dirty apron and between... different food. When I asked her about it, she told me not to worry about it. Luckily enough she didn't stick her thermometer inany of the foods that I wanted or I wouldn't have purchased the burrito they already started to put togeher. Read more

There is this worker there named chris who acts like he only stepped his pinky toe into the workplace. I asked to have my... tortilla a little warmer because a cold tortilla can make the burrito inedible. Another female worker tried to heat it up for meand this child snatched it out of her hands and screamed at her right in front of me and MADE IT CRISPY AND UNABLE TO WRAP IT.Everyone seemed so stressed so I just ordered a bowl in which this male worker was extremely lazy about and gave me littleportions of everything. I?ve had several rude experiences here, usually waiting for a pick up order, not acknowledged for 10+ minutes, finally ask if I... can grab my order right behind them on the counter (nicely). Interaction is usually really unfriendly or the order is wrong. Read more
