I placed an order online. When I got there I could tell something was wrong, as soon as they pulled my order. The kid who... grabbed my order started talking to the other guy while staring at the receipt. The other guy shrugged his shoulders. That'swhen the kid said something else and the guy shrugged again. He then told the kid to give me the order. Of course I looked atit. They had messed up. One didn't have extra pepperonis and the other was ordered uncut, but was cut. I asked, "is this theorder you were just talking to him about"? He said no. Really!?!? He then asked if I wanted it remade... Yes. I told him he onlyneeded to remake the one that was supposed to be uncut. The other guy immediately got an attitude. He yelled to the back sayingsomeone needed to come work the oven since he had to deal with remakes... RUDE!! I then asked if he could keep my pizza underthe heater. He ignored me. i eat pizza once every few years as an emergency food. This place is the only fast order-to-pickup place in the neighborhood... after Chinese restaurants so I think it's fair with its cheap coupon deals. I wouldn't order anything more than a basic pizzabecause pizzas are actually worse than other locations. This place opens later than other places so not the worst place. Read more
Lazy employees that keep missing our no contact carry out. They will walk out with our order - see our car is parked more than a... few spots away, and go back inside and wait for us to come in instead. Happened twice in one week. Read more
Ordered from the app, status was updated to ready for pickup after 15 min. Arrived at the store and was told order was not... ready. Another 15 minutes of waiting in store and finally a hot headed worker hands me my pizza which was sitting right in frontof him all the time. The pizza was cold to touch already, but they insisted it was made a minute ago. Sometimes it?s just amatter of saying ?sorry we screwed up?. Not a delightful experience. Read more

Great local franchise for carry out and delivery. They support the local high schools and honor the specialty coupons (buy one... get one, even extra large). Pizza places are all convenient, but this made it cheap and local too. Read more
