Awful experience. Poor customer service, the lady had an attitude when I was telling her what donuts I wanted , she seemed very... inpatient, the donuts I ordered were so stale, I threw them away?. This dunkin donuts should be shut down by the healthdepartment, it was kept very unclean and the quality of the food, I wouldn?t even feed it to my dog. Read more
I am a dunkin addict. I work near by so this I my closest dunkin. Employees always seem angry, rude. They don?t greet or smile.... I place my orders through the mobile app. Every time I order the cinnamon raisin bagel, they never HAVE IT. Read more
Absolutely one of the worst Dunkins I've been to in the DMV area. I'm not certain if Sumaiya hates her job or was just having a... bag day, but it was apparent she didn't want to help me with my transaction. I wasn't greeted, smiled at, thanked and was barelyspoken to by this young lady. I work 5 days a week for a transportation company that serves the entire DMV area, and I travelto various Dunkin Donuts daily while working. I've been to over 50 Dunkin's in the last 6 months alone, forget the last fewyears. This one almost takes the cake for the worst customer service, because it's usually phenomenal. I don't like writing badreviews but I felt so bad after leaving this Dunkin'! The only thing good about this experience was the green tea which wasperfect. I'm from Fredericksburg and up here shopping at Potomac mills mall for the weekend and woke up late at our hotel and wanted a... nice coffee and breakfast sandwich to start my day but I'd never recommend anyone to go to this store. Take the extra time andgo somewhere else. I did a mobile order and order two brown sugar cream cold brews and two sweet black pepper bacon sandwichesand arrived with my coffee made but sandwiches not even started because the women didn't even look to see that there was more tothe order. Then they had none of the bagels we ordered and every other type of bread they had was hard, per them telling us,besides an English muffin. After walking out to the car and trying my coffee THEY DIDNT EVEN PUT THE BROWN SUGAR SYRUP IN THECOFFEE! So I had to walk back in AGAIN to get the syrup in the coffee. And on top of that there were only two people workingand the older lady was too busy taking to her husband, as she kept saying, to provide any customer service let alone to even doher job and make or help with orders. They scammed me, I got 3 munchkins for my daughter and they charged me $6 for them, I noticed it on my bank app because the... cashier didn?t give me a receipt. When I went back in store the cashier told me that they cannot do anything because there wasno manager there. This is unacceptable, and they should train their employees better Read more
Poor employee training and operation. I usually think twice about making a review like this because I don't know if the... reprucssions cen be too harsh on employees, but the person at the register didn't seem to know anything. It was obvious thatthe training was either subpar or nonexistent. I asked for a dozen glazed, and only afterwards I was told that there was noglazed, no big deal. The issue comes when I ask politely for a refund and was basically told no, I have never ever been to aplace that was incapable of a refund, im almost certain the employee was not trained properly on how to handle the register. Ididn't bother arguing because getting different flavored donuts is better than spending time arguing with what seems to be theonly employee in the store who can't issue a refund. I had also ordered a strawberry coolatta and got a completely differentdrink, it still looked good despite being a completely different drink so I didn't even bother arguing. When they decide to open, it's pretty good. However don't be fooled by the sign stating they are open at 5 am. There might be... a person inside, but that doesn't mean the doors are unlocked. I watched until 5:15 and at least 3 people, other than myself,tried to stop for breakfast/coffee and left. Business must be good to ignore the early morning customers on their way to work. Read more
