I've have my order wrong from kokee tea multiple times. I have ordered from them on Door dash and also been there in... person Consistently get the sweetness level wrong in the boba teas. They have me grass jelly in my drink instead of boba. Theyhave me the wrong flavor macaroon, confusing matcha for pistachio. Read more
The company seems to hace changed suppliers and the macaroons don?t taste good anymore. The worst part is the incompetence of... employees and lack of an on-site manager. I politely approached an employee to ask for a manager to informed that one of theflavors I had just bought tasted bitter. The employee rudely replied ?I cannot do anything.? I can?t believe people like thatare working in the service industry. I discourage you all from visiting this place unless you want to throw your money away. Read more
