I've have my order wrong from kokee tea multiple times. I have ordered from them on Door dash and also been there in... person Consistently get the sweetness level wrong in the boba teas. The company seems to hace changed suppliers and the macaroons don?t taste good anymore. The worst part is the incompetence of... employees and lack of an on-site manager. I politely approached an employee to ask for a manager to informed that one of theflavors I had just bought tasted bitter. The employee rudely replied ?I cannot do anything.? I was passing through the mall, and Kokee Tea captured my eye. It looks different from all the other drink shops that you see at... the mall. I ordered a virgin mango mojito with boba. It was delicious! My fiance ordered a thai tea, and he loved it! We shareda small mango macaroon too, and it was yummy! It went perfect with our drinks. I love how they serve out samples to try theirdrinks out too. We will definitely come back again to get the same drinks, and also try out other drinks. The customer serviceis awesome too!
