They always get the other wrong, something is always missing from the order. I asked them to display my order on the machine and... they refused, so I couldn't review what they put down. The cashier was rude they were slow as heck to deliver the meal. This isprobably the worst food service I've had in a McDonald's. I'll never go again. Drive-thru line was super long. When I finally got to the ordering window, there seem to be a recording asking something about... the app and a number and I don't have the app. It took a while for a person to actually come on. Then when I got to the paymentwindow, the woman was very pleasant but was busy with something else so I waited there for a little bit. When I got to thepickup window, the guy just handed me my stuff and didn't say a word. The whole reason I had gone was I had hoped to get one ofthe cute Halloween boo buckets but they were all out and by that point I was in the middle of a long line and couldn't get outof the line so I got a regular happy meal. The apples always taste weird. The plain milk is fine. I prefer the chocolate milk,but they add all kinds of stuff to it. They really need a chocolate milk that's just regular low-fat milk plus cocoa powder. Thefries were fries. They're okay. Chicken nuggets were decent. They value the drive thru more than the people that order at the counter. There's no balance between the two. Just 100% drive... thru. Walked inside and ran a timer. 10-12 minutes before someone walked up and said "hey" before walking right back to takingcare of the drive thru. 5 more minutes and there were 10 people waiting in line behind me. At that point just lock the doors andand work strictly on the drive thru since they're so worried about drive thru times. I wish I could give zero stars Maria (morning manager) does not care about her clients I simply asked for assistance to their... kiosk order as it did not have receipt paper for months now. She said I didn?t get the order on her computer so I provided herwith my bank statement Her response? I don?t care call police. Extremely nasty attitude. Waited 8min the drive thru at 5:45pm on a Sunday, I reversed out of it. I ordered a mobile order for 2 cokes. After waiting for... another 10min I never got them and left. I was not able to leave my car. This McDonald?s is terrible. The customer service isnonexistent. Read more
If I?m am paying for extra on my damn burger I expect extra there was only one manager and worker working and she refused to... make my order the way I asked and paid for I was kind I had to go through The drive thru 2 times and went inside and she stilldidn?t make my order correct and she was very rude if you cannot handle your shift or job correctly leave or quit. Gotta be the worst McDonald?s in the area. How is it the order is wrong every single time? Common sense really slips this... locations employees. I asked for a double cheese burger with Mac sauce and literally got a cheeseburger with a 4 piece nuggetbox filled with literal tartar sauce. I dropped it in their trash can on my way out of the line. Don?t even get me started onthat small, gnomey old lady that works there. Waited 20 minutes for a large coke. Time was 5:29 pm on a Monday. The people in the back are cooking the fries without gloves.... Very bad service. I wouldn?t order food from here very unsanitary. Management is very bad here. Read more
