Mr chicken serve deep fried chicken. I don't think grilled is an option just yet. Cooking usually takes 15 mins, if you're in a... rush call ahead. Customer service is top notch. Food quality has never let me down. I will continue to go here. 5 stars. Read more
Spicy chicken Burger and cheese Burger are good and lot of options
Shockingly nasty customer service, I ordered by phone chicken tenders for my kids, the employees have a language difficulty... they confused chicken tender with chicken in bone ????, I called Mr chicken to let them know only ( I did not ask to fix myorder , I did not ask for refund) the guy was extremely rude and hinged up the phone on me. I was still in the parking so I wentInside the store To talk to their manager , he was the same guy on the phone he yelled in his broken English that they allheard you order (chicken tender ) which what I really ordered but they gave me chick’ in bone . He added yelling he won’tgive me refund , even though I did not ask fir refund. Anyway I have worked years in hotels and restaurants and this is not howto treat your customers. The customer pay your rent and employees and bills, without them your restaurant will shut down. Ifthe owner is reading my review, you trusted the wrong ppl to run your business. The food was not good either , the fried chickenwas crispy from outside but tasteless, some pieces were slimy. My kid ate the fries but the chicken we trashed it. Never goingback again. Read more
We ordered chicken burgers (combo, so included french fries), and chicken fillet to go. All of them are tasty and crispy enough.... Obviously has spices on it which we like it. The chicken fillet are big slices, I think smaller slices but more in quantity isbetter. The fries also tasty. Chicken burger is satisfying. I also give a five stars for the chili sauce! I saw Halalcertificate on the wall by the cashier. Just an input to the owner that the atmosphere and interior of the restaurant needs towork on a little bit. I believe it will be more attractive to people to stop by to try. Read more
Awesome no-frills fried chicken place with homemade sauces.
The restaurant inside shows poorly and unkempt. The electronic menus were turned off or not working. All the condiments... containers are empty. There napkin containers are empty. The place looks like a mess. The takeout food for two I ordered was atbest average. The fried chicken wasn’t all that good or crispy. Steak and cheese sub was just average. Read more
