My wife and I sat in the bar area, like we always do, and for the first time in a long time, we had the best experience. Our... bartender Ronnie was hands down the best. Very knowledgeable and his recommendations were spot on. He had us cracking up. Veryfunny but also sincere. We will DEFINITELY be making another trip. Went in last Thursday and had one of the best restaurant experiences I?ve had in awhile. We sat at the bar and our server Ronnie... was fantastic. Just a really funny guy who took great care of us. After passing through this way a few times I finally decided to stop by. I came around lunch time (quiet maybe 3 people total)... ordered a soup and salad. My waitress (Rachael) gave exceptional service! I received my soup hot and my salad fresh. I love coming here, If I could choose more stars I would! Lauren is the absolute best, always smiling, she goes above and beyond... to ensure all her costumers are very satisfied, NEVER rude, mean or nasty. She?s always welcoming. If any servers lacks shealways steps in to correct the issue. Food is always done to perfection. Anytime we are in the area we are coming in to enjoy ameal. Great great staff and manager! Go Lauren! My waiter was very nice, it's a shame I don't have his name, I was so dissatisfied I left my receipt with my payment. I ordered... a NY strip, medium well. It came out tough and flavorless. As I cut the tough steak in front of the manager she deniedeverything she saw (cooked well well done/ tough to cut). She seemed very rude towards me her attitude was not friendly, shenever apologized and I had already waited longer than those who'd come in after me for food, so I didn't order a new steak. Herresponse completely turned me off. I've had a porterhouse cooked medium well here before and it was delicious, nothing like myexperience today. The only reason that this review is getting 3 stars is because Stephanie was stellar and she should be called out for it! Her... service and attention to detail were phenomenal! The only reason we even asked for extra items is because we forgot to askbeforehand. Now let's get to why this only got 3 stars. I ordered the ribeye sandwich and it was horrible. The rib eye had burnttips and was flavorless. On top of that, so was the au jus...flavorless. How can au jus be flavorless. Everything else I hadtasted wonderful. The wings: amazing, potato soup: amazing, blooming onion : amazing, shrimp: amazing, steak: amazing! I couldgo on. But what the heck happened to the ribeye sandwich! No meal should be subpar. Service was professional, accurate and quick. It's been a long time since I visited an outback but it's better than I remember.... I got the ribs, they were pretty good and easy to cut. Gotta dip the french fries in the bloomin onion sauce. Read more
