Had the 2 plate. Walnut honey shrimp and the Shanghai Steak. Walnut honey shrimp was delicious. The Shanghai Steak was not... very good. Looked like it was leftover from lunch. Broccoli was very wilty. Not much steak in it. I have had it a few timesbefore and have had no problems. Read more

I have had a craving for some Chinese food for a while. I decided to go to Panda Express after my Drs appointment. That's where... I made a mistake. Small portions overpriced and undercooked food led to a horrible meal. I will not be going back to PandaExpress in Springfield and now I need a doctor because I feel ????. Below ???? one star. Tends to get busy at lunch time, though the line moves quickly. Most people get takeout as the dining area is small. Tasty,... nutritious food in decent sized portions. Teriyaki chicken is a big favorite in this household. Suer greens instead of whiterice, fried rice, or noodles is a welcome option. I like the spicy dishes like Kung Pao Chicken and Beijing Beef. Don?t bother doing a mobile order. Every time?Every single time I order I wait the amount of time it says before my order will... be ready. Get there, and STILL wait another 15 minutes. You?ll see them help person after Person who walk in but just ignoreyour order until you say something. You?re a busy store, I get it, so have a DEDICATED mobile order pick up person. It?sridiculous, or at least get a person to fill a mobile order asap if you see you?re running behind and they?ve waited awhilealready, don?t just help 10 more people and then get to that person. Why bother having the app then? So I can be late on mylunch break anytime I order panda? We do mobile orders because we DONT have time to wait around. Cmon now.. Read more
Decent place , small but clean, average service and Food is good. What more can you except from a place where you spend average... of $6-$10 . I would advise to go for plate instead of bowl as $1 gives you more food Read more
