Ordered pizza today and there was a mix up, no big deal just toppings switched with pizza type. It was one of those situations... where they fixed it and went the extra mile to the point where I was glad of the mix up! They were so kind to remake it, I keptthe extra, and now I have extra lunch. Also seriously delicious, like the way you remember Pizza Hut from being a kid. Iappreciate the staff that was there today and their great customer service! Detroit style pizza. Love it. More creative pizzas and if pizza hut can make a better pan pizza that would be amazing. When I... was in school every kid loved the pan pizza. Better deals for small families. Bring back an inexpensive large pizza option. Also, I ordered a pizza online and the order... didn?t go through. I was charged but had to order and pay again when I got there. I was told I would be refunded the originalpayment within 35 days. A better option would have been to just order the second pizza without being charged. I would havebeen happy to show the email and the bank statement that showed the charge. Thanks. Read more
Great food! I order during the day an in the afternoon and food is excellent. This place doesn't put less toppings when you use... a coupon like other pizza places. The delivery and customer service phone reps give excellent service and if the ever make amistake on toppings sauce or something they make it right with no arguments. I ordered 2 orders of cheesesticks. What I received was a combined order of breadsticks with a dust of cheese underneath all the... seasonings. Of course I didn't realize this until after I arrived home (I live in Lorton) so I decided to consider it a loss andnever visit this establishment again! I honestly didn't even feel it was worth calling and complaining because what I receivedwas no accident it was done purposely to cut corners. This review is to forewarn others before you make the mistake of orderingfood here or to at least ask to see your food before you leave. I never order just plain breadsticks so it took me a while torealize all the seasonings consisted of the same seasonings which top breadsticks. It was a pathetic way to mask deception. As abusiness if you're low on an ingredient don't offer dishes which require said ingredient. Read more
