Best place ever to eat a sandwich having a bad day? Go eat here!! This place is so comforting and warm, not once have I gone... here and had a bad experience. they're so kind and eco friendly as well no plastic bags and they have a separate place forrecycling! I ordered lunch for pick up . Clearly stated I wanted my meat cooked twice and easy on the hot peppers. No twice cooked meat... and extra hot peppers . Couldn?t enjoy the food . Don't order through doordash. Potbellys called me stating somebody stole my order from their rack and refused to remake my order... for the driver after 45 mins waiting for my food to begin with. Order there or don't order with this store. Read more
We placed an order on Saturday. Unfortunately, there was another order placed with the same first name. Easy mistake! When I... got home, I checked our bag to find that another Michael?s order had been mixed in with ours. I called potbelly to follow up, noquestions asked, the manager took my name down and said come in tomorrow and have us up on us. We ordered 2 shakes along with our sandwiches and even tho the machine wasn't working for me to scan my phone using the app to... get the points the lady (I didn't get her name) was very helpful and hooked it up with the shakes.
