Don?t come here if your paying with a $100 bill. The white girl with glasses and the chirpy voice will tell u they ?don?t have... change.? Every other Starbucks has no problem taking Bills over $50. This one clearly does. TBH It might just be this particularemployee. When the Supervisor George is working OR the real tall pretty Manager (that?s been there for years) is working U willhave NO issues getting either one to break your bill, but for some reason shorty with the glasses makes a pattern of it. Ipersonally knw one other customer who has had this same experience (excepting larger bills) from the same employee. SideBar:This Starbucks stays packed . It has a drive thru that for 2/3rd?s of the day is non stop. This Starbucks is so busy, it can bedifficult to enter/exit the shopping center. This morning, I appreciated the customer service I received. I had order a bacon, egg and gouda sandwich and I needed to wait... because my sandwich was not ready. The staff asked me to pull to the side and he'd bring it out, he brought my sandwich outalong with a complimentary sandwich and was very pleasant. Read more

A Starbucks review really hinges on three things, the drink, the people, and the place. This location gets 5 stars for my nitro... cold brew drink today. Fast delivery to the counter (I always order inside) and it was put together well - tight lid, and nospills and stuff on the outside of the cup (hate that) The team was working really well together and the short line showedthat. Fine job. Just have to saw WOW - everyone working was super nice and each one said hello. Not as a big group thingeither, it was personal and they meant the greeting. Just wow. I buy egg lunches from there about 14-16 a week. I go in there today to buy 6 the girl behind the counter hands me the smallest... bag and I said that?s not going to fit to which she replied oh so you need a bigger bag and I said well what do you think.Then she had to walk down a little ways to go get a bigger bag. Then she hands me the bag to bag it up. Basically LAZY ; didn?twant to walk 15 steps to simply Get a larger bag and then rudely handed me the bag. Thank god I DIDNT order coffee, I would ofburnt my hands as she was probably going to pour it in my hands and not a cup!! I ordered an iced shaken espresso at 12:05, it's 12:28 and she didn't make the drink right. I didn't want to say anything when i... was in there because they took forever, they didn't even acknowledge me, they acknowledged the people who got there 10 minutesafter. i didn't order a latte, I ordered a shaken espresso. I was exposed to Covid last weekend and my birthday was on Thursday. I came here to ask at the drive thru instead of going into... the store if I could order my birthday drink and they said no. Grinches. Still in the drive thru because the line ishorrendous. At the window I tried to get the name of the lady who told me I can?t have my birthday drink and instead themanager took my order! ???? Thank you, rolling road Starbucks team!
