Has to be the rudest place to get a sandwich they try so hard to rip u off they often charge you more than for what you payed... for they will add extra things and not tell u I went here only got normal spicy Italian nothing extra ended up being 10 dollarsI went to another subway got the same thing they charged me 7 dollars will never come back to these robbers Read more
I don?t have high expectations for Subways, but this is a terrible subway. I?d write something constructive about why but I know... they don?t read or care about bad reviews. Go the extra mile and a half to the one at Lorton Station. Read more

UPDATE 02/06/2020 Some new employees have started at this place. They are all nice and serviceable, but seems like language... barrier is an issue for them. I thought I was the one not being understood (not a native English-speaker) but when a nativeEnglish speaker was misunderstood, I saw it. So they will confuse "lettuce" with "tomato" every time. Other than that please bepatient with them. All of the employees are really serviceable and the place is clean. The manager is very polite. Below is myfirst review from last year: Everyone is very serviceable there except for the youngest employee who understands nothing ofEnglish and you have to repeat yourself every time. We ordered from this location via UberEats. When the driver arrived at the establishment, they "forgot" to make our order. When... they finally made it, 3 out 4 sandwiches were wrong, we were missing 2 drinks, and apple slices that were odered came as applesauce. I have been to many places and ordered from many locations. I DO NOT see me or my family ever ordering from here. Wewould rather go hungry. Read more
The subway at Saratoga shopping mall is one of the better ones I've been to. The store is always clean people that work there... always courteous and make phenomenal sandwiches. The bread is always fresh and they always put the same amount of meat for asingle or a double meet. Most other places very of how they make their sandwiches. So the food is excellent service is excellentbut to the decor is very good. Read more
Bad experience. My partner ordering called the server hostile and that's saying a lot. Ate in the car since he didn't feel like... staying in that atmosphere. Didn't get cheese when asked, didn't get half of the veggies (even though clearly asked all butpickles). And kept glaring me when I used the bathroom and waited.
