The worst food I have ever tasted. We arrived at 9:00 pm, it was still 9:45 and the food had not arrived, calculating that the... place was half empty. I ordered a spinach dip appetizer and my appetizer only came with chips and red sauce, where's my dip? My main plate was some fajitas with rice, and they let the rice and the sirloin fajita burn with a sweet sauce that didn't evencome off the plate because it was so burnt.Totally disappointed Read more
This review is for the food NOT the server or service. My server was very nice and attentive. I came here for lunch just to... grab something quick. I use to come to this location all the time when I was in school. The place was pretty empty maybe 3tables including me while I was there. Kitchen took a long time to get food out. My server even made a comment “it’s noteven busy and they can’t even get a sandwich out.” It took over 30 minutes. Everything was fine, I ate half my sandwichwhen I noticed the lettuce was covered in dirt. Almost every piece from and back. Clear distinction they do not wash theirlettuce. I felt sick later on the day and I know it’s from the dirty lettuce. I almost got a salad I couldn’t imagine whatwould’ve happened. I probably will not come back again, not because of the service but because the slow and inattentivekitchen staff. And looks like I’m not the only one with most of the recent reviews. Read more
I’m very surprised at how Bonita was the only server working tonight and was still handling everything in a timely manner. The... food isn’t usually the best but tonight I could taste the freshness in it being made. I ended up leaving an important documentand she called me while I was still in the area and waited outside the restaurant to hand it back to me. One of the slowest services. It took 5 minutes to be acknowledged while sitting at the bar. After 45 minutes of no... acknowledgement passed the 1st drink, I asked for the check. Service was decent, but the food was not. I get this same meal every time and have never been disappointed with it until this... time. These are two different plates with the same meal and both look disgusting and was disgusting. They skimped on the food,the mashed potatoes were dry and bland, the chicken was bland with a slice of Kraft cheese. Only thing decent was the shrimp.The utensils were all dirty too. Portion size is lacking lately. I ordered via GrubHub and when the order arrived I was shocked!!! $15 appetizer came back with... literally 7 nuggets. Called the restaurant and spoke to Rachel who offered for me to call Grub Hub for a refund, or to go pickup a remade order. Glad she offered something (hence the 2 stars,) but I wasn't going to drive there when that defeats the wholepurpose of ordering delivery. Had they MADE IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME, I wouldn't have needed to call and address. Read more

I should have read other reviews before choosing this place for lunch. In the time I've been here, about 55 minutes after... ordering, I've watched two families give up on waiting for their food and leave, both of which were seated after me. It can't bea staffing shortage, there are at least three servers, one host, and one bartender. I'm sure there's a manager hiding somewherein this building. Not counting the patrons at the bar, who are all eating and none of them were here when I arrived, there wereonly seven tables taken. Most have two patrons, a few have three. One hour ten minures later (after seating) I'm asked if I'mstill waiting on my food. A few minutes later my order arrives. The food was ok, not worth the wait if I knew it would turn outlike this. As I'm walking out one of the servers is turning away customers before they make it in the door. As one of themmentioned, "Its weird, it's like they're happy about it." It's just after 1:30 in the afternoon and they're turning awaycustomers. Whoever ordered food from there online between 1:00 and 1:30, your delivery driver was sent awayempty-handed. I've long since made the decision to avoid chain restaurants like this based on routinely poor service andmarginal quality food. This just reinforced that decision. Read more
