Absolute terrible experience and topped off by terrible customer service! Was told my food my order was placed under... ?pickup?. Me: No problem, that happens. Good thing I called 40 minutes later wondering where it is. Manager says ?I?ll get itout to you right now!? Me: ?ok! Great! I hope it?s still hot and not soggy. ?another 40 min later ? Food still not here. I haveto call the manager again and tells me it will be there soon. Now I?m wondering how food is gonna taste an hour and 30ish minlater. Manager doesn?t even offer any options or discounts or anything! Being in the hospitality industry I am very patient butalso expect quality service. We order from here a lot. Delivery service is slow; however, the food arrives hot, consistent and delicious as usual. I am... giving it a four because of the slow delivery and I do find that they don't have a wide variety of specials. Sometimes Dominoespizza will be the pizza for the day since they have specials all the time that we can use. I would suggest that Vocelli looksinto more specials because they have good pizza and sides. Read more
I wanted to order pizza because online it said, ?fully halal.? We wanted to buy a halal pizza, we saw online it said the ENTIRE... menu is halal, but when we call them they said only the chicken and steak is halal. Also, you need to MENTION you want halal.Otherwise you will order non halal items. Read more
