Everytime I go into Tim Hortons something else is missing from their menu or they are or can't get because of Covid. I can... hardly wait to leave Canada and go back to the Philippines where they have a full menu, better customer service and aren't liedto about the real reason they don't have something ie:- Covid 19. Hello I am an employee of store 42 Main Street Springhill Nova Scotia, B0M 1X0. I have never worked some where with such... incompetent supervisors that leave their team struggling all night while they are in the back on the phone with personal calls.We had asked her several times for help with no assistance from her. at one point I was seeing to a burn on my hand and shestill refused to help her team out leaving 2 struggling on the floor. I told her how I have never seen such iincompetency from asupervisor before when she had me leave my shift. We where denied our second breaks of our shift. at one point I was in the backtending to a burn on my hand and she still refused to go out and help her team. what a joke. corporate and the labour board havebeen contacted Read more

Breakfast sandwiches and hash browns were excellent as usual. My tea was coffee AGAIN. This time I was 10 miles away before I... noticed. Last time was no sugar after I asked FOR SURE. Terrible wait times, all the old good staff left due to poor management, and the few that stayed NEED the job. The rest are all... younger kids who don't want to work, so they take their time instead of caring about speed, like they used to. Every wait in thedrive thru is over 20 minutes. It's pretty bad that people who immigrated into this country work better than the ones here, butoh well. They are the best employees here. Read more

Tim's staff work hard and are pleasant to deal with. Sometimes they make mistakes, but we all do. The company controlling Tim's... is another matter. In the early spring they decided they would change the rewards card requirements to obtain free coffee etc..They decided you had to register on their site, give them a bunch of information if you wanted to get rewards after 7 purchases.If you didn't want to register you could still use the rewards card but had to do more purchases, I believe 12 to get somethingfree. Just recently we were told by the people at the drive- through we had to now register on their as site to collect forrewards, with no notification from the company itself. Just typical of multi-national companies. We visit Tim's less now than wedid. Read more
