I went through the drive-thru and ordered a 15 piece chicken tenders, half spicy half regular, my wife can't eat spicy food, we... ended up with four pieces of regular and the rest and spicy. The spicy was so dry. You really couldn't eat it and cold. Iadditionally ask for a small thing of gravy and also a barbecue sauce dipping sauce, I don't care for their gravy. Sauce and allgravy. Is this how it's supposed to be cold chicken not fulfilling your order? Read more
I just spent $67 on dinner because I didn't want to cook or clean up tonight. I couldn't take out my family of 8 for that. The... young adults working there were very personable and just provided amazing customer service! Plus side food was hot n fresh. Best $67 I have spent in a while and I'm able to chill by pool instead of cleaning. Very happy with the my experience. Read more

Mashed potatoes always taste different then the time before. Too salty. Chicken strips are too thick and not cooked long enough.
I normally don't get anything from here, other than sweet tea (because I don't eat meat) but I was hungry so I ordered some... fries, okra, and mashed potatoes with gravy. When he handed me the box, I asked if they put the gravy in there. He said it wasalready in with the potatoes. I said I didn't realize it came like that; I assumed it would be separate. He offered to fix itfor me and I thought that was sweet of him to do that. Got home and opened the box and saw that there was gravy all over theside of the gravy container. As I reached in to pick it up, the lid came off and gravy went everywhere! Ugh! Fine, whatever,I'll just eat it like that! Turns out, all the food was inedible even smothered in gravy! The fries were way too salty, and theokra was hard and greasy. The mashed potatoes were OK, but I probably should have kept the order the way he gave it to me first,to be honest....I don't know if this was a fluke or what, but I was very disappointed.... and I'm still hungry.... They do not wear gloves while serving chicken on to plate or box. They touch with bare hands.....who knows if they touched their... face before serving food? They charge now extra if you pay with card** Read more
