The one person that was working there was hard to find and didn't know much about it. The number they had on Google didn't work... and he didn't know it. He had to use the phone and call my number to get it. Read more

I have gone three different times and they were closed before 9 (the online hours) today I went at 7. They had left for the day.... Yesterday I went at 8, they had left for the day. A few weeks ago I went at 8 and they had left. The guy at the gas stationattached said that they always leave early and he always gets yelled at for it. Either change your hours, or stay open until 9?? Read more

I ordered a Cajun fried turkey on Dec 6 and went to pick it up today. I was told they did not have a turkey there. So no turkey... for us tomorrow. Very disappointed! I was told I'd get a full refund. Uh ya think! Read more

Even though their is a lot of construction going on output side making it hard to get to. Their place has a large verity of... smack fountain drinks, a small room for social gathering and fun. The restrooms aren't all that clean but not trashy. It ishandicap efficient. The gas is reasonable due to the construction. JR and I stop in a couple of times a week for a snack anddrink, while Stella is in physical therapy for her hip, at Moss. Read more

I ordered on 9/8 online, to get to the store to find out this location was closed, and they were normally open. The bad part is ... my card was still charged. I called the next day to ask for a refund. The person I spoke to said it would be done automatic and5-6 business day. I called today on business day 7 as I have not received my refund yet. The Person I spoke to today said arefund is normally 7-10 business days, but he would give it to his manager.. Why do I have a feeling I am not seeing my moneyback. I hope I am wrong and they make it right. When they do I will update my review. Read more

I'd give it a 0, but it wouldn't let me write my review. I ordered online last night at 8:10p.m. on 4/9/21. The site said y'all... close at 9 so I ordered the picnic pack. Said to pick it up at 8:45 and charged my card $35+. I get there at 8:40 and the kidwho drives a motorcycle was hoping on his bike and taking off. DID NOT MAKE MY FOOD AND LEFT EARLY. Go in today to talk tosomeone and 2 kids are working and they just brush it off. Yes, my card was reimburse. But they didn't offer to make the orderor anything and barely apologized for it. I've worked in food for years. That kid was closing well before the posted time andwas walking out at 8:30. Unexceptional work ethic and VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Hopefully something will be done aboutthis. But I'm sure it won't be. Read more
