First time we went the shakes were AMAZING, we didnt even make a fuss that they forgot one of our burgers then we went today and... the lady who made them gave us watery syrup with a splash of whipped cream. It was really disappointing because we told ourfamily they needed to try them and they were nothing like the first ones we had previously. That same lady took our order andcouldn?t understand my order on the speaker which was irritating because she got two things wrong and then I had to correct themat the window. Got my egg roll fix at 12:30 after close they stayed and made them for us! Hopefully they?ll be open 24 hrs soon enough but... super happy the manager came out and still helped us. 5 stars Read more
Delicious burger and tacos, everything was fresh and inside needed restocking/cleaning at drink station.

Everything about this location is too small. It is very slow, which doesn?t help with the drive through backing up into the... street. My chicken sandwich and fries were ok. Tacos were old. This was at 10:30 am. Also when I asked for 1 ranch packet for my$13 order, I was told I had to pay 16 cents for it. No other Jack in the Box has asked for this. And my drink was wrong. Read more
