The fries came out very fresh and the staff was welcoming to an order that was made to accommodate a rather picky kiddo. No salt... on the fries was no issue at all and the front desk was very helpful. The bathroom was surprisingly clean for a very frequentedMc. Donald's which was a breathe of fresh air. Very dirty and noisy inside. The play area needs to be enclosed with glass to drown out the noise. The fries came out very cold.... The kids running the place need to turn off the fryer buzzers when the fries are done. They just let them keep buzzing. 3different customers including the people I was with had to tell them to turn them off and take the fries out of the deep fryer.Tables and drink area was very dirty and about 5 kids "workers" were standing behind the counter playing instead of cleaning therestaurant area. We cleaned the restaurant area and told the guy behind the counter that was the only one working it seemed likethat we helped him out. He was so sweet, but we didn't get his name. Management needs to be fired. Doors are locked when people are being served through drive through and they are suppose to be... open. Online orders not being delivered I have heard other people complain on this location as well for same issues Read more
We went through the drive-thu; we received 1 sauce and 0 ketchup. My niece went inside to get what we needed and the were rude... to her and refused to give her any even after she told them we just went through the drive-thru. We were traveling and alltired, so we just went on. In hind sight, I wish I had gone back in with her and spoke to a manager. There is never a reason tobe rude and to short orders just because they are in the drive-thru. Read more
Even though they kept wanting to put egg in it even after we had it sent back(gave up and just took the egg off) ???????? the... food is always amazing here!
