This is the absolute worst Sonic. Most of the stalls do not work. The food is always cold, soggy, greasy and disgusting. I... worked at a Sonic when I was in high school and we would have never given out food and drinks that looked like this. And it?snot just an occasional order that is lacking, it is every single time. We always say ?never again,? but because of the lack ofoptions in Springtown, we try it again and it?s a disappointment every time. There is obviously a management problem at thisparticular Sonic. We stopped there last night to get my mom a vanilla shake medium the shake came out half inch from the top and just a tiny dab... of whipped cream and it was slightly melted I took a picture of it as soon as she handed it to me don't think I'll be back thereagain the price for the milkshake was 4.19 for mush. The last few times I have been to this sonic there have been issues. This last visit it was the soda fountain and they only had... slushes tea and nothing soda wise. I also have not been able to use the sonic app 9 out of 10 times there. It always says theapp is not available but Boyd is ok to order from hello im at springtown not Boyd!! Most of the stalls are broke. I waited at the drive thur speaker for several minutes wirh zero response. The kid saw me but... made no effort to help. I pulled to the window and he acted like I was the biggest inconvenience with my 3 drink order. I wasthere over 20 min for 3 drinks. Read more

Order was all wrong!!! Was the worst I have ever had from springtown sonic. The tatortots were cold and at least an hour old.... The cheeseburgers were supposed to not have tomato, lettuce and mayonnaise. Both had everything on them!!!! Absolutely theworst waste of my money!! Read more

I counted 11 employees working. Mostly standing around and goofing off. It took over 30 minutes to get a breakfast burrito,... mozzarella sticks and a root beer. It was absolutely ridiculous! They definitely can?t blame it on a short staff. Read more
