If you are running out of vegetables then how can you charge full price for a sandwich that is not complete or just shut the... doors for the night. Also, subway has always prided itself on its fresh bread. The bread here is not fresh, manager siftedthrough bread until she found one that wasn't that hard. Made a sandwich and as she was rolling it up she notice the bread washard, said she was going to make a new one, she threw it in the garbage, manager told her, never throw away anything, you shouldhave got a new piece of bread and transfer over everything... OK, you tell me how you will transfer over meat, melted cheese, all the vegetables, oil, vinegar and heavy mayo.... REALLY. This location in Springtown used to be on top of their game, goingdownhill. Had a line out the door, in part thanks to a picky customer with a sweet femullet. Nonetheless, the staff was quick and... efficient, and everything was spot on. Read more

Long story short I went in waited 20 minutes to order while three employees tried to make mobile order but looked like they... didn?t know what to do then the fourth employee finally walked up looked me in the eyes and plague me a dirty look beforestarting to make two pizzas. By this point there were 4 other people waiting to order behind me. I ended up giving up on beingserved and walked out. I get they had a lot of mobile orders but still the forth employee could have helped the people in thestore considering she was just walking around the store the 20 minutes I waited Read more

Used the app and they have had my order ready, correct, and most importantly NOT sloppily thrown together. I appreciate that SOO... MUCH. It seems there is less and less love for producing work you can be proud of these days and it makes my experience thatmuch greater when someone shows a little more care in making my meal. Read more

I have never had a problem with the sandwiches here, but the main manager has always seemed to be unpleasant. She seems... unreasonably rude to the employees. I never really see the same employees there for long and I wonder why.... Read more

Did an online order to go pick up and bring home. Ordered the Chicken bacon ranch on artisan, jalapeno, extra ranch,... salt/pepper, not toasted. Hubby went and picked up. When I open the sandwich, not only was it toasted, but the bread was so overdone that it was hard. Brought the sandwich back up......waited in line (4 people in front of me). I let the gentleman behindthe counter know what was going on, said that I did not need the meat heated up as I can do that at home like I always do. Heinsisted the meat had to be heated, put the least amount of chicken on the sandwich possible, put on the jalapenos, ranch, cutup the sandwich, handed it to me and said " sorry about that" and walked off.......I just spent more gas and more time than Ishould have to get a sandwich made ALMOST, like 8 requested in the first place. No offer of any additional compensation fortheir mess up in the first place. I would have been happy with a simple darn cookie for having to waste time and gas for theirmistake. Read more

They need more control over their computer systems at the sites. If you order a footlong ham sandwich ($6.69) and add pepperoni... ($1), it rings up as a pepperoni sandwich ($7.09) and adds ham ($3)! It's a big deal to hold up the line for a manager tostraighten it out. Great sandwich but no thank you. Read more
