Close to an end of a day, the enthusiasm was short. Hopefully, A spark of enjoyment can become required for some employees.
We walked into the subway and no one greeted us. My friend was scared to ask for the things on her sandwich because the girl was... being rude and not talking at all. We asked for it to be toasted but she put it in for what looked like 3 seconds because shedidn?t want to wait the whole time. She also said she liked her bandana and the girl still had no response and just gave her adirty look. And she wasn?t wearing any subway attire so I don?t know her name. Old nasty looking Lady came into jacks wearing a subway uniform. She was very disrespectful to thier crew and how she talked to... them. Then talked about how her husband is in the hospital but then was still disrespectful to how she talked to the red headmanager. Read more
Good speedy solo worker at 715pm. This location is known for leaving this girl by herself. At least have 2 people until 8pm to... help with dinner rush and PM closing duties.... Read more
Walked in at 7:45pm with an open sign on, door unlocked and the hours stating they closed at 9:00 pm to a girl yelling we are... closed! Walked out two more people went in and were sent away. Sat and watched while the lady then waited to exactly 8 pm turnedoff the front lights and locked up. I visit a few times a week but will not be back. Tried to call and report with no answer atthe store when I could clearly see her in there. Read more
Standard subway, clean dining area, good staff. It was some guys first day and it was good to see how the manager/trainer was... showing him how to roll a wrap. Respectfully and accurately! Will go again! Read more
