If you are looking to go here and receive unsolicited parenting advice from the cashier then you are in luck. I left my 7th... grader and three year old in my car to run in and grab a small bag of ice on my way home and was met at checkout with a rudecomment about my child standing up in the back seat fully supervised by his brother. This lady was very unprofessional androlled her eyes at the couple in front of me for taking too much time to pick out scratch off tickets. I understand if you havea rough day. We all do! But if you work in customer service (which I have for years) please be a better employee and leave yourattitude at home. Read more
If you're hoping to get breakfast pizza before 7:30 you might want to go somewhere else the old lady that works in the deli in... the mornings makes the breakfast pizza last so that nobody can get it however there is an employee who's younger who does makethe pizza first when they are working you can guarantee the pizza is done by 5:20 in the morning Read more
Had an issue with faulty propane tanks and Angie was amazinglyhelpful! The corrected the situation quickly, and were a pleasure... to work with! (Most places get mad when you have a complaint, but they were very pro!). Also, their Gluten Free pizza is ine ofthe best (according to my gf wife). And I really like there normal pizzas as well! Ordered a taco pizza and a chicken bacon ranch pizza without the bacon and breadsticks. Both pizzas were under cooked and soggy.... The breadsticks were cold. The chicken pizza also had bacon on it. I won't be back it wasn't worth the $40 we spent. Prettyridiculous. Read more
Unprofessional, rude management, employees love to gossip about customers who come in to other customers. There is a customer... that used to be employed at this caseys, goes in there to gossip about the towns people spreading viscious lies and rumors aboutpeople therefore you have employees now spreading thesr viscioys lies and rumors to other customers. Price gouging. And Google $/gallon error! Post one amount per gallon for REGULAR unleaded, online. Sign stated 4.68 but at the... pump Ethanol was $4.68 but regular (87) unleaded charges $5.28 scamming. Be prepared for a $75 hold on your credit card thatdoesn't necessarily release for over a day or two in ADDITION to the gas charged. Read more
