The food was great but the one person making it was very cold. She wasn't happy to be there at all
Very impressed with the 3 young ladies working tonight. They treated us with respect and professionalism as well as everyone... they interacted with since we've been in the dining room. What has really been awesome is the way they are interacting witheach other and their teamwork and helpful attitude. The food was great and reflected what we were expecting. I've been to Subways all over the country and I can safely say, this is the worst I have been to as far as customer... service. Soviet Russia has friendlier people than the people working at this location. No matter the day, the morning peopleare ........well.........there. No smile, no hello, no real discernable emotion other than disdain for the fact that you haveinteruppted them. Will not ever go back. Wrote off the first few visits as Covid related, that can no longer beforgiven. Enough other options in town, use them. Read more
Food for online order hasnt been warmed up is ice cold even when I arrive before it is to be ready and the cheese is obviously... not melted. They have forgotten to leave the drink out. They haven't followed the instructions to not cut the wrap. The wrap ispoorly put together. Overall very poor experience and clearly a lazy staff. Read more
Pretty sad experience this afternoon. Seemed to be busy so I get that part of it, but not a nice remark or smile from either... employee. Food was good, service was honestly embarrassing. From the multiple people in front of me, to my own order it wasunfriendly and disappointing. Eye rolling, sass, just not what I expected from a sandwich shop in town. The manager here should probably mind her own business. Infact besides making my sandwich and saying have a nice day. Don't even... speak to me. Nobody likes this manager for good reason. She is so rude to customers and her employees. My friend and I werethere talking to each other in a private conversation and she had the nerve to condescend us by telling us to "watch our mouth"because one of us swore. The profanity was used in normal conversation and was not disorderly. She responded in the sense toescalate the situation to make it appear as if it was. We definitely walked out. I will be contacting corporate. Don't ever tryto tell me what to do. Multiple sources even people at other subways have stuff to say about her. I've always walked in andminded my business with her, and when she gives me poor attitude I try to be as polite as possible with her.
