The manager and evening staff are very rude. Ordered a couple subs they messed up one we called to let them know they told us... they were closed and hung up on us we called back and they hung up again. We don't recommend tim and Bonnie's in Springville Read more
This location has yet to impress me. Every time I have ordered chicken wings and asked for extra crispy they are rubbery and... gross along with extremely greasy. I tried the chicken tenders to see if they were any better and they were so ?mushy? andsoggy. No crisp to them on the outside whatsoever. The ellicottville location is much better than here.
