The manager and evening staff are very rude. Ordered a couple subs they messed up one we called to let them know they told us... they were closed and hung up on us we called back and they hung up again. We don't recommend tim and Bonnie's in Springville Read more
This location has yet to impress me. Every time I have ordered chicken wings and asked for extra crispy they are rubbery and... gross along with extremely greasy. I tried the chicken tenders to see if they were any better and they were so ?mushy? andsoggy. No crisp to them on the outside whatsoever. The ellicottville location is much better than here. Stopped for a take out lunch. Looked at online menu....the price of 10 chicken wings is 3.00 more in the actual restaurant, than... on the online menu. Mentioned they should change...no I'm sorry from cashier. Ordered 2 subs one with as many tomatoes as can beput on. Charged extra .60 for them. There were exactally 7 small slices on a foot long sub. That's the same amount every subgets. Ordered onion petals ...got onion rings We don't go out often and hate to be disappointed when we do. Please do better Read more
Awesome pizza! Nice thick crust, excellently cheesed! I'm a truck driver and stopped into Lowe's for a morning delivery. I found... my new dinner spot when I come up here to Springville. Delivery driver was very nice and courteous, overall great experience.Thanks guys! Read more
