My go to is usually the Norteno Burrito but there is plenty of variety though. Always polite workers. Fast as they can be making... it to order. I LOVE how they're open helluva late/early. Keep it up Springville Beto's! My favorite Utah Mexican food. Read more

Food was good but cheese wasn't melted all the way. Love the green sauce. They come in packets now which is awesome!

What the hell even? Been waiting 25 mins and still 5 cars ahead of me. One person inside working. Signs say lobby is open til... 12?we have determined that is a lie. Just go to La Casita, 10x quality and lower price. Taco Bell at least can get you throughthe drive thru in under an hour. This place really needs to be inspected by the health department. Filing multiple complaintswith them, how can you operate a business under these conditions in America? Read more

Good food, but they used to serve salsa in little sauce cups. Now they serve them in salsa packets like taco bell...salsa... doesn't taste as good and is harder to poor. Huge downtake as far as I'm concerned, otherwise I'd give a 5 star becauseeverything else about this location is immaculate. It's a shame they changed their salsa. Read more

Clean. Fast food atmosphere. Service was fairly fast. Staff busy but pleasant enough. Brisk drive through business. Only... ourselves and employees inside when we were there. Chile verde burrito was a lot of pretty good refried beans wrapped in atortilla and smothered with a generous portion of chili verde sauce. Rather too salty for me (low sodium diet, but stillpretty salty) . Carne asada fries (child companion's choice) were a novel option that she liked. Read more

Got a carne asada burrito but was charged for a carne asada fries burrito. Also burrito was half the size of the breakfast... burrito that was ordered. The size difference has been going on for a long time. Rancherito?s is a much better option thanBeto?s. Will boycott from here on out for their insolence! Read more

Ordered a Texano, which I normally love. First bite, there was half of a chicken leg bone. I'm not squeamish so I ate the rest... of my food. It tasted decent. But yeah, leg bone. I probably won't go back for a while, but I have always known the risks ofbetos so they will get another chance eventually. It's always a 50/50 chance of diarrhea when eating there and I accept thatrisk, but that much bone is a new one. Chew carefully friends!!! Read more

The staff is always incompetent.. numerous times we have ordered carne asada fries burritos without pico, or guac.. and they... always seem to mess up the two only simple things. ?No pico no guac? I have ordered it in Spanish and English to see if therewould be a difference on quality, but they always seem to don?t care about the costumers order. If I could give them a 0 starreview I would. Save your money and go buy the stuff and make the food yourself. Bad quality in food and even worst costumerservice. Read more
