I got the pork salad, like I usually do and it was good. The tortilla was so tough that I broke a fork and a knife trying to cut... it. The restaurant seemed much cleaner than in times past so that was great! Also, they were moving quick on the line as well. Read more

The worst location, especially if ordering from the app. We usually will drive to the competitor in Spanish Fork because of the... issues at the Springville location.. Order from the app be prepared for your food to be ready at least 15 minutes or more afteryour pick up time. Rarely do we have an order come out right from here. Didn't want to drive to the competition today sodecided to give the Springville location another shot and ordered from the app. Got there for my pick up time (still waited 9minutes even though there were only 5 people in line) got home and alas, another order wrong. This was supposed to be the firegrilled chicken salad and they made me a shredded chicken salad with a full chicken breast. ???? GO anywhere else!!!!!! Consistently and reliably a horrible experience. If you wait in line, you will be there 30 minutes to an hour, even if there are... only three people in front of you. If you order online, you food will literally never be ready on time. Never!! We have startedordering so far in advance, that we will arrive 20 minutes past our pickup time - and even then, the order isn?t done half thetime. Tonight, a baseball game went late, and by the time we arrived (again, 20 minutes late), the food wasn?t even started.There were only 4 people in line (restaurant nearly empty) so they weren?t behind schedule because they were slammed. My husbandtalked to the employee, who said they?d start working on our order once everyone ELSE in line was finished ordering (?!?!). Wewaited 10 minutes, and they still hadn?t started. More people came and got in line. The employees were moving sluggishlyapathetically. Enough!! We are done. We will order from the Spanish Fork location, or not at all. You guys just lost customers. Was told the stake was cooking and that it would be a 10 minute wait and that they would bring me my salad .
