The food was cold, & not how I ordered it. The manager and server were awesome the cook however not good and he started... complaining about us sending the food back. We had waited over 30 minutes to get cold burgers and fries with only 2 othercustomers in the dining area. The manager ended up covering the cost of the meal and we greatly appreciate it(thank you) . Wewill give it another chance next time we are in the area and hopefully the cook will have learned the definition of sautéed vrscold and slapped in a pile. Read more
We had a very nice meal here. We are in the hospitality biz so we knew why there were tables open but we were put on a wait... list. It should be obvious that if there are tables available but you are waiting to be seated there is a problem with help. We all should be aware that this is a nationwide problem. We did wait about 15 minutes but we were fine with it. Once seatedour service was top notch. Our breakfast was very good and tasty. Our coffee cups were full and we were pleased at how cleanthe restaurant was. You could tell that the staff cared and had pride in their store by the efforts to keep things runningsmoothly and care for those seated and eating and also the decorations were very fun and added to the atmosphere of the season! We were able to speak with Amber, who was in charge and very caring and attentive to everything. She was very adamant she wasgoing to get things improved and we admired her great work ethic and spirit to succeed. We will make it a point to stop herewhen we drive to Salt Lake for future visits! We will do what we can to help anyone succeed in the business. I would NOThesitate to suggest dining at this "gem" when in the area! A tip from someone who knows...if there is a problem with anything itis good to settle right then and not leave and be upset. They can't do much about it then and 99% of the places would ratheryou tell them so they can be aware and try to work it out then. They can also learn from these issues how to make thingsbetter. Rhonda, was amazing honestly the whole team was. She was knowledgeable with the menu didn't mind when we asked if we could... substitute some items. Truly an amazing host and person. If Denny's doesn't take care of this wonderful employee I might have tooffer her a job at my family's steakhouse up the street. Read more
Really good food and really like the bourbon burger. The taste smacks you right off. The fries were good as well and was not... overly salty. Place was clean and ready for gest. Need more workers because they tend to close early at night. They took thesenior menu out but had an OK all day menu. I took the three gentlemen ticket and told them to cover tip. I paid for theirs$15+ and my $19+ plus I added another $20 tip because she worked hard to make sure everyone was fed and taken care of in thewhole restaurant. Read more
After they removed the Mediterranean grilled chicken from the menu, i have had less reason to come here. Everything else on... their menu just does not make up for it. I would grab the salmon next, but it’s also dry and hard like a hockey puck. I ambegging Dennys to bring back the Mediterranean grilled chicken. :( Read more
Great service However, tried to order dessert at 1/2 price but mgr said it has to be paid for by 5pm. That is not what the sign... says. It says 1/2 off drinks, appetizers and desserts from 2-5. We placed order at 4:42. Read more
I quit going to this location months ago because of a variety of things. Decide to give it another try on 5 November 2022 and... was quite impressed. A total turn around. Greeted professionally, was seated with quickly, and food was great. Will definitelybe going back. Read more
