Every time I go to this location in Springville it?s understaffed. There?s been multiple times when their open but won?t let you... come in and sit down and only let you go through the drive though during open business hours. They also barely give you any meaton their sandwiches I feel ripped off every time I get a sandwich deli style/extra meat and it barely has anything on it. We went today to get sandwiches me and my daughter. So we ordered two sandwiches. So it was a small order. We waited for what... seemed like forever in the drive through. Than we got our two sandwiches they looked like they just threw everything on there.There was very little cheese and tomato and even lettuce. My daughters sandwich was supposed to have avocado. There was noavocado. We got half sandwiches which we paid about 7.00 plus tax for. Definitely not worth that! Sad thing is we have beenthere before and it has been good. Well not this time. I thought I would try them again since the remodel(last experience wasn?t great) I went in with higher expectations than I... should have. Moldy pizza, sour salad, and the drink tasted strange. Won?t be going back unfortunately. Read more

Went and snagged some breakfast sandwiches today and was excited because it?s been a bit since I?ve had one?and for a huevos... locos, a Harlem and 2 drinks it was $19.91. Which normally wouldn?t bother me but there wasn?t anything to our sandwiches. Thetiny bit of roast beef i had on mine was so chewy, that i was still chewing it after one full song on the radio. The sausage onmy wife?s huevos locos was smaller in size than something you?d get from a McDonald?s dollar menu sandwich. Our favorite sandwiches to get are Urban Cowboy, Brooklyn Bridge, and Throgs Neck Bridge. We always get take out here. Last time... they only gave us 2 napkins even though we ordered 3 full sandwiches. And the sandwiches were not cut evenly in half, not evenclose. But the sandwiches are always tasty. Read more
