We stopped by for lunch and loved all of the options on the menu. We were totally blown away by the rich flavors of the food.... Usually I use a ton of salt and pepper - not needed here! So flavorful ???? Most loaded nachos I ever had. The price is insanelygood. Read more

We LOVE gingers cafe!! Such an amazing spot and we?ve never had anything we didn?t like. The vegan options are phenomenal and... very fresh. We also love their selection of local vendors that they showcase such as Milk Society and Time Travelers Bakery! Read more

Out of the 4 or 5 times I've been here it's been mostly awesome. The salads are very nutritious as well as their veggie burgers.... The one time I wasn't super impressed was when I got the nachos and they skimmed on the cheese big time so I was mostly payingfor basic tortilla chips. The setting is lovely and their supplement store is fantastic. Dr. Christopher's lower bowel is lifechanging, lol. Read more

Best Plant Based spot in all of Utah county. Best PB Nachos anywhere hands down. And Only 10 bucks... Must say it gets better... everytime I eat there... We need more of them around BTW. Read more

Love this place. Get a lot of my homeopathic medication here. Me and my family basically only eat here, because I have gluten... and dairy intolerances ????. But it?s nice to know we at least have ONE option in Utah valley with good food (dairy and glutenfree) and a chill atmosphere. Read more

Ginger's has a organic & quasi-vegan menu which is pretty good, but not necessarily bursting with flavor?at least that's how I... feel about the Thai lettuce wraps. Try the vegan nachos. Read more

I guess this was a cafe leaning towards organic and vegan cuisine? Not a lot on the menu thrilled me. My daughter got a smoothie... that was good, tart, but that probably meant less sugar. Our food was OK, not great and I felt overall the prices wereexpensive. Restrooms need attention, leaky faucets and a toilet that won't flush properly. It has a bookshop and herb themegoing on, but my husband said the herbs were high priced compared to where he can get them elsewhere. 4 stars for staff andtable care. Read more
