Service was pretty bad. There weren't many customers, and even at that not enough staff. The wait for food wasn't too bad, but... from the time we were seated to the time we ordered was a long wait. Another couple left before ordering. They were out of icecream and a few other thing. Read more
Ordered online to pick up, when I got in there it was basically empty. 2 customers in the whole place and still took 5-10... minutes just to talk to someone at the front counter all while the cooks kept looking at me from the kitchen. The first serverwas very nice and grabbed my food. Then when I got home they did not give me part of my order so we called and they said to comeback to get it. I went back and had to wait again, now not a single customer in the store and the same cooks eating their lunch.When I got the rest of my order from a different server it was poorly "thrown" together and acted as if they did not care i hadto return to get my order. This is the 3rd time with months in between trips I've had bad experiences. Read more
IHOP in general has had a decline in everything sadly. I come here when I am waiting for my car to be serviced. The food is okay... but the staff and cleaniness really bothers me. The wait times are high and the service is never great. This morning, I couldhear people saying negative comments about the service. Unfortunately, we were a bit annoyed as well. We asked for water andwere brought coffee and were not offered refills. Our sides came after our main dish and was missing some stuff. There were lotsof tables that were not cleaned since before we got there. The staff were sneezing in the kitchen area with no masks. We were immediately seated and there were lots of open tables all around. We waited for 35 minutes and no one ever came to our... table. There were 8 or 9 servers working, and several of them were consistently chatting around the register. We called SidecarCafe across the street and they had no wait. Within two minutes our server came! It's not that hard IHOP! Our son was so excitedfor minion pancakes but unfortunately we don't have three hours to eat. Read more
Very poor service.. They do not believe in refills, all of the waiters sat in the corner talking with each other instead of... doing their job.. The steak was very chewy with no season.. The waiter brought me my check without asking me if I neededanything else.. It's a shame whenever you just leave a restaurant then you have to go to a curve store just to get you somethingto drink.. Service was horrible. We wasted our time coming here. Waited 40 minutes for our food and the order was even wrong. We were the... only family at the location. The waiter only came to our table to give us the good and bill and was never seen after that. Thewaiter that served us had really bad body Oder and smelt of cigarettes strongly. I will never take my family to this locationever again. This place is a disaster it?s a dump place was trashy and the waiters hygiene was awful.
