Place was very clean. Only three sets of diners were in the restaurant and it took so long for us to get our food. Asked for a... burrito with sour cream, and paid for sour cream, but didn?t receive sour cream. Only two employees were working, so it wasunderstandable it would take some time, but drive through got priority, and food wasn?t as ordered. Nacho fries were reportedlydelicious by my kid. Read more
I love Taco Bell. And I go there often. But I have recently gone to a different location as I?m passing by. The first time I... went, I was in the drive thru and they informed me it would be a 15-20 minute wait!!! I would not have stayed and waited hadthere not been 2 cars behind me so I could not pull out of the drive thru. So I waited in line for 20 minutes with hungry tiredkids. The next time I was able to back out of the drive thru, but again because they said the wait would be 20 min. For fastfood I think that is a crazy wait time. But I will no longer go to the location. The worst fast food experience yet. The order was wrong (again) and when I opened the rice this is what we got. It?s about 2... Tbsp. of rice for $2. When I put both sides of rice together it didn?t fill up the container. I even asked the manager and hesaid ?that?s what it?s is, I?m just doing what they told me.? Absolutely ridiculous, isn?t rice like the cheapest ingredient onthe menu? You get more rice in a burrito. I will NOT be back again. Read more

Nate -- who may be a shift lead or manager, I'm not sure -- has some interesting policies. When I placed an order, the person... taking the order seemed to misunderstand it. She thought I didn't want black beans when what I asked for was to substitute inblack beans. So I explained again, using direct but non-aggressive language to clarify my order. When I got to the window, Natesaid I'd been very rude. I told him that I was simply clarifying my order because it had been misunderstood, and that I simplywanted my food. He proceeded to refuse service. Now, I don't know what sort of day he was having or if he might have beenprotecting an especially sensitive staff member. But what I do know is that anyone in the service industry needs to be able todistinguish between a customer having some understandable frustration and being hostile. Trying to defend your staff againstcustomers having any frustrations with their mistakes or communication foibles -- and especially going so far as refusingservice -- is a sign of (at best) a naive manager. They don't have Mexican Pizzas and that's what I come for! They didn't have tomatoes... The chips on my nacho bell grande were... completely stale... The potatoes in my taco were hard... Everything I ordered was ruined! Spent $27 for OLD FOOD?! They do notcare about their customers! This is not the first or second or even third time... This is always an issue! Do not serve oldfood... Went to the drivethrough only to be told it would be a 25 minute wait. A car pulled up behind me so I called the store to see if... they could get the 40 item order ahead of me to move out of the way in the drive through and they basically acted like completeidiots unable to clarify that it wouldn't actually take that long to go through the drivethrough. "Just tell the person behindyou to back up???" Maybe tell the orders just waiting for their food to park in a parking stall so I am not stuck waitingwhat??? Read more
