I love this place and I hate giving it a bad review, but I?ve been to this location twice and both times customer service was a... 0/10, me and my friends were the only people in the lobby and there were two cars in the drive through, we sat there awkwardlyfor about 5 minutes without a greeting, when the girl at the register finally acknowledged us lined up to get our orders taken,she was really annoyed, when we got our drinks the guy spilled one of our ice waters all over the place on the way over, andthere was no dressing for our salad. The food is absolutely amazing but the customer service seriously needs work, coming from afellow fast food employee, both times I?ve been here i was irritated with the way the workers acted. I've ordered through door dash, as well as inside the store and all times have been great experiences! I felt the smoothies I... received were worth the price, and I loved that I got edible straws! Are you seriously telling me we had all our two LARGE smoothies split into four small cups and got the same amount? Not only... were we gipped with price, but they had to confirm there was sauce with our order like we were lying, overfilled the drinks soone spilled into my car upon handling, and they weren't even decent tasting for the wait. There were at least three to fourpeople in there, I've had one young guy working in there and do it all 100% I wish they took tips kind of service. It's twosmoothies and a sandwich man. For 20 bucks it should at least be the amount we paid for. Not coming back. Also you guys were outof stock at like 11 am with the fruits at least have a sign or noteat some point in the day instead of having us sit there andwait to be told sorry. Read more
We?ve gone here multiple times, and it is always the same outcome. They mess up our order and take FOREVER to get us our food.... Today, we went through the drive through and it took us 25 minutes to get our order. There was only one car in front of us, andour order consisted of merely two things.
