Went for the special today fish and chips, Tuesday. The fish batter and chips were bitter. To me this means the oil needs... changed as it was old. I mentioned to the server/ cashier how the meal tasted and I felt the oil needed changed. She mentionedshe would tell them, whoever that was. The manager was present in the restaurant. Not sure if the server was an owner. What elsewas wonderful was to watch the server and manager sweep the floors nearby and cleaning of the washrooms. YUCK Read more
Great food! My 10 year old can't get enough, and our shrimp and chicken tacos were top notch. Only complaint would be our wobbly... table. Lol. Keep up the good work and we will be back!! Read more

To the owner - If you advertise you close at 8pm then make sure you take customers till then . I was really craving fish n chips... so I walked in your store few weeks back and probably 45-50mins before closing . Upon arrival found out that the restaurant wascompletely empty - not a single table was occupied . Upon arrival - first thing I was told without greeting a customer was -DOYOU WANT TAKE OUT BECAUSE WE ARE CLOSING SOON . As i was a bit thrown off by the reaction - eventually she let me in . Now itwas all you can eat tuesday . After placing the order I hear the cook yelling to the server from the kitchen that he is notstaying long or something like . At that point I started really feeling embarassed . I could have easily walked out of the storebut chose not to and I guess thats whats my biggest regret . I was served a plate full of fried fish - obvious attempt by thecook so that he didnt have to make another order . While all this was happening another customer walked in and I think it wasstill 15mins to close and she was denied to put a take out order simply because of a lazy cook who refused to work . I am surethis was not the first time and I am sure it wont be the last time . Owners read this out as you are losing money and customers. No issues with the waitress - she tried her best to keep me engaged . Service was 10/10 , food quality 0/10. Read more
What can I say that hasn't already been said? Food was super greasy the Ice Tea tasted off gravy was bland and the fish was just... not very good gf feels like throwing up and I have it coming from the other end. Service was very slow after asking for the billwe waited maybe 15 minutes I even mentioned to our table we still have stuff to do we should go, then was told we haven't evenpaid yet, thought we did. Then finally half our table got to pay the waitress left without asking if they wanted a recipe orcompleting the transaction so we had to wait another 10 minutes to pay for our half. Great experience. We were asked upon entry for proof of vaccine and photo ID which was what we expected and totally made us feel... comfortable. Being my wife?s Birthday she was entitled to free 2 pieces fish and chips but was generously given 3 pieces.Myself, I had the cod and haddock and chips was fantastic served under 15 minutes. So I been craving clam chowder and finally got some to bring home today. I am very dissatisfied! Soup was expensive and honestly... smelled, looked and tasted like cream of celery with very little clam tossed in . Actually I'm betting it was just celery soup .What a joke !! I regularly order ofish and fries from here and they are great but the soups and gravies are terrible. Save yourmoney!! Read more
