Every single time I order skip from this location it is grossly wrong. Eg. Today I ordered 3 pancake happy meals. NOT 1 ARRIVED... WITH A SIGNLE PANCAKE. NOT 1. The resolve. I go there and get the pancakes. Kind of defeats the purpose or SKIP THE DISHES. Andnow I have 3 hungry kids I need to pack up to go pick up pancakes. 15$ per hour FAIL Read more

Mind-blowing incompetency comes from McDonald?s. I remember a few years ago when service was decent, but I don?t think I?ve had... good service at all this year. It?s honestly revolting. The only food that tastes good is the sausage-egg McMuffin which is areally a straightforward idea but only half of the time at best do I get what l want. I mean come on it?s buns, egg, cheese, andsausage; but half of the time there?s something missing or eggshells added!!! It?s not that hard! Literally no brain power goingon at McDonald?s! If that place burned down I?d be so happy (assuming no one got hurt), and honestly it?s only a matter of timebefore someone there forgets that fire is bad! Read more

I generally come to McDonald?s around 6 AM. they are never prepared for anyone to come through the drive-through and the front... doors are never open even though they say they should be open at six. Took me 13 minutes to grab a simple coffee this morningafter I had to drive ahead because I wasn?t able to order at the speaker because they were taking orders solely from the otherline even though it had literally just opened and we had already been waiting 5 minutes. The morning staff must love to just ruin everyone's morning with these sad bagles ... not only is it not enough cream cheese but... it is all globbed in the middle bagley button ... this location is going down hill fast. You never fail to deliver on showing us great pictures of food in ads, on billboards and in you menu pictures. Your shock and... concern for the quality of your product is astounding, you don't need to take any care with your food because people will justaccept what you give them(people will just take what they can get if you make them wait long enough ????).The simple fact thatthe simplest directions like no onions, befuddled your staff just amazes me (allergies aren't that important I guess). With yoursoggy grease soaked fries and sloppy ingredients thrown everywhere(I mean who actually wants them on their burger¿). Youremployees just take such creative care with the food that it doesn't matter how much people pay for the food as long as you getmoney and they get paid(Am I right ????). Read more

I was thrilled to visit McDonalds this weekend to find that the Play Place is finally open and the drink/condiment station is... all back to normal! I'm exhausted by all the covid paranoia, to be honest, and it made me happy to see we can have anotherlittle piece of normal life back. And I don't need to use those wasteful little ketchup packets anymore! Now if they'd go backto using plastic-or-something-similar straws, because the paper ones are garbage. And the wooden fork and knife for my child touse on hotcakes? Horrendous. Utensils are enough of a challenge for a four-year-old without them being made of cheap balsa woodor whatever. No five-stars until improvements are made there. But thank you for the rest. Read more

Went inside to order take it as drive through was busy thinking it would be faster, turned out to take longer. Finally got order... but was missing items and had someone's drive through order in it. As I brought it to his attention it was as if I put the wrongorder in the bag. It was corrected in about 5mins, no apology just threw bag on counter and that was it. I will say the correctorder was fresh and tasted good! Read more

I?ve only had bad experiences with this location. I pulled up to the drive thru a few weeks back to order breakfast around 10am... and they said they couldn?t serve me because their system was restarting. Secondly, I ordered breakfast through DoorDash and Iwaited 30 minutes until the dasher called me and said McDonald?s management stated the order was cancelled, even though I didnot cancel the order. I had to go through DoorDash to get it resolved which ended up in a refund so I didn?t get my breakfast. I was disappointed because I had waited so long and ordered via DoorDash because I have a small infant at home and it wassupposed to be easy for me. I would recommend going to a different McDonald?s.
