Friendly staff, quick service, however, as well as other items got the beef and cheese burrito, only 30% of the tortilla was... stuffed with the tiniest bit of filling. Most of the tortilla was folded over itself so the first and last couple bites were alltortilla and no beef or cheese or rice. Ordered 3 spicy soft tacos at the drive through, got asked to pull out front, i asked why as i was the only vehicle in the drive... through. Was told that it was because there were lots of orders in front of mine. They left the window at that point and cameback with my order....30 seconds later. I then pulled out front to eat as i was in my work truck and on duty. Upon opening myorder i noticed that there was no meat on the tacos. Went back in to ask why. Manager just threw them in the garbage and hadthree more made. No apology nothing just handed me the redone order. Get back in my truck and open the food up....again barelyany meat. The service was pretty bad, the teller was slow handling the rush and the language we as a big issue. The food was alright. The... fries were Defenitely over cooked. There were a few unhappy customers in the store for sure! Read more
Food was alright, the dine in area was clean but literally freezing, my boyfriend and kids could literally see our breath while... we were trying to eat our meal. My daughter asked the lady working if she could turn on the heat and she blankly stared at mydaughter and offered no response to her question. It?s -15 outside and my nose would have run less eating in my vehicle in theparking lot. Nothing worse than being uncomfortable while trying to enjoy a meal.
