Its A&W. Pretty good burgers. Only complaint is late night the fries are always bad. They must cook them and leave them under... the heat lamp for a very long time because by the time im biting into them they are pretty much inedible. Read more
I was in the store with few other people at 2.30ish. The food was fine, staff was friendly but the manager needs to cool herself... down, shouting at the employees if they are doing something wrong is not a way to run your team properly, a manger should be ateam player not a boss who yells and throw orders when there are people around, so disrespectful to the employees who work!! This has got to be the worst A&W in Canada. They don't have chicken. They don't have onion rings. They don't even answer the... drive thru to take your order. And you drive away from the place and find out they didn't put ketchup in the bag for your fries. Read more
OK this location has lost 2 stars for the following reasons. The pictures are of the two buddy burgers with cheese that I... ordered. As you can see the consistency of the staff is sub par. One has next to no onions while the other has enough for bothlol. A&W states they serve breakfast all day. This location has decided they longer offer anything except certain breakfastsandwiches. When I asked the staff about breakfast they said no just burgers. Tried to ask when they changed that and hecouldn't understand the question. Finally, having worked in fast food myself, you ALWAYS have someone in a managerial positionon ALL shifts. This location has NO ONE to take accountability for any mistakes which is why I didn't bother trying to deal withthe order or lack of knowledge to someone working. PLEASE, for customer service sake, make sure your staff can understand thecustomers and educate them to be able to answer a simple question like when did you stop serving hash browns and breakfast wrapsall day. Other than this the experience was okay took a bit for them to acknowledge at the box but other than that burgers wereready fairly quickly. Read more
Possibility the worst location of A&W I've ever been to. The place was dirty and literally nobody was bothered about cleaning... tables. We all know it's a fast food restaurant so nobody is asking for glass tables with fancy cutlery, all one asks for is aclean table, which seems like a task for this location. I've read multiple reviews pointing out the exact same issue so if theowner was serious about it then it would have been dealt with a long time ago but clearly the problem is still there so thatsays a lot about the management there. Dirty and not being cared. I was there about 30min and drink paddle on the floor was so clear to see from the cashier but never... bothered by the staff. ???? Same to the garbage.???????????? Pretty upset with your coffee. A&w coffee is supposedly decent. But this location serves coffee like water. And I can confirm... the coffee coming out from two different pots both look pale yellow (yeap, I could have used another adjective). And here is whyI am really upset. They are running 1 dollar coffee promotion which personally I don't care. I could have paid regular price. Brewer malfunction for such result is virtually impossible. I think it is the franchisee's attempt to save costs. Treatingyour customers as if they are stupid is the most effective way to kill your business, and in this case, tarnish the franchisebrand.
