I get it's busy, probably one of the busiest in BC. But having to wait 35 mins for food was BS. 2 happy meals & 6 burgers. I... think I paid almost 35 too. Guess I was being charged a dollar a minute ????. I should have gone to white spot across thestreet, foods better, and I would have been eating my food well before 35 mins were up. Read more

This McDonald?s has REALLY gone downhill recently. On several occasions I have had them forget items in my order despite me... repeatedly confirming all the items at the time of payment. On top of that, today I got blessed with an Egg BLT McMuffin? butwithout the egg. They also make you overpay by not putting items in a combo even when you ask them too. Read more

Last morning, I ordered three Sausage egg muffin but I received 3 ham instead. We didn't notice it until we open the wraps at... Alice lake. On the way back we decide to get some food from them so, after ordering I mentioned the issue to the drive thrustaff as a notice but when I saw his response I decided to ask foe reimbursement for those sandwiches. I got very un acceptableattitude from the manager of the shift. She asked for evidence of my claim that obviously I didn't kept those sandwiches forwhole day. Then she acted like I am having a false claim. She (manager) mentioned that the only way I can receive myreimbursement is, to receive three sandwiches instead and pay for my new order that I agreed. After 15 min of keep us in ourcar, they brought a bag with one sandwich inside it!! On that time I realized there is no point to argue with them. Frankly, instead of dagger look they gave me, if they took responsibility for their mistake it worked for me. We all know, mistakeshappens but most important thing is the way of responding to it. Therefore, I decided to left this review for your branch toteach this young workers that, respect is the key in every business and they should took responsibility for their mistake! Read more

This location is very clean, lots of tables with outside sitting and clean washroom and play area for kids. Service is fast but... parking lot a bit small and in peak days you may have to park at the strip mall across the street. The staffs are friendly. Read more

This is the only McDonald's restaurant in Squamish (next one north is in Whistler). It has all the menu items you would want.... There is also a Playplace for kids (but is currently closed due to pandemic measures). Free surface parking in their lot.#letsguide #covid Read more

Place is spacious, outside seating area provides excellent views but needs more seats to be added. Service is quick and food is... fresh. Parking area is enough for everyone. If you stop in Squamish while heading North , then this is your stop area. Read more

Very busy drive thru causing backed up service in restaurant. Food quality is not as good as other McDonald's in Vancouver area... but average for a McDonald's. See photos for very messy burger and poutine. The $2 special coconut pineapple smoothie wasn'tfull but they do use real pineapple and tasted pretty good. The low star rating is due to covid measures. They are simply toobusy to bother. Tables are not cleaned after use but are distance by closing half tables. High touch surfaces like the kioskare not cleaned after each use, not manned nor have hand sanitizer for patrons to use. The soda dispensers are still open and Iwitnessed a teen asking for a water cup and started to eat fries and drink pop with several refills right at the soda fountain.Obviously taken off mask and didn't sanitize hands with provided hand sanitizer. Either they should close the dispenser stationor have someone manning it. Don't get me started on the washrooms. Most of the public toilets in the squamish area are waycleaner. Read more
