Pizza is great, but if they could get there delivery in check. 2nd time order a pizza and wrong one came. And now we can eat but... my vegetarian daughter has to wait 1hr for a replacement for the actual one I ordered. Oh but I got a $5 credit, after 3.85delivery charge and 7.00 tip. Get it together put labels on the boxs. I'm not impressed! Read more
I love Panago. I have worked for multiple locations in multiple towns and have had Panago delivered to me in some weird place.... Panago Squamish lacks consistency. One order my pizza will be perfect or near to and the next my order will have way too muchcheese and sauce, huge bubbles or no(or flat) crust. It makes me more and more hesitant to order. Read more
Worst panago service I’ve ever had. Wasted an extra hour waiting for my pizza when I was told it would be ready in 20... minutes. I was told to wait outside in the rain and that my pizza would be ready in 10 minutes. Well this cycle repeated 4 timestill 40 more minutes had passed... came back in for the last time to check and they said they’re placing my pizza in the ovenright now ???? If they could have been upfront with me I wouldn’t have wasted all that time. Placed order at 5:50 Told topick up at 6:15. Then told that they are placing my pizza in the oven at 6:50. Poor service. Placed my order at 10:52pm , was quoted 60 minutes delivery time.......finally received my order at 12:32.......1... hr 40 minutes and the pizza was lukewarm........never again will I order from Panago Pizza. Calling a call centre is not good,at least if you can call the restaurant directly you can get a better idea of when your order may arrive. Read more
Look at this charred pizza that they made me tonight. Smh. Believe it or not, those black flakey things are tomatoes.
