Please read my review carefully before you dine. The multiple awards this restaurant has received does not match the current... state of this establishment. We chose the Salted Vine for a special occasion as we wanted an elevated dining experience. 45minutes for our entrées to come out. Service was friendly, but super slow despite the restaurant at low capacity. Meatballswere dense and dry. We asked for more sauce but the wrong sauce was brought out. The salad leaves were old and yellow (seepicture) as opposed to green. Duck was cold when it came out. The only decent things were the cocktails. Spent nearly $200 on adinner that we had higher expectations on. Save your money and go elsewhere. Read more
This is my go to spot for an upscale Squamish dining in experience. I have to get the Ruppert drink everytime... And not just... because I like that mountain bike trail. I've always enjoyed ordering the full dinner with a side of mushrooms. The seared tunawas my favorite salad so far. The steak is always cooked perfectly medium rare. I'm glad I didn't feel too full so I could enjoythe lemon dessert. Read more

The best charcuterie board in Squamish? Very likely so. Great food. The ling cod in broth was to die for, the flat iron steak... was perfectly melt and the desert was so good that it lingered just the right amount. Our waitress was so amazing too. Shehandled almost all the tables by herself with a smile behind her mask. That being said, please be mindful that restaurants areshort staffed and service might be a smidgen slow, but the great ambiance and food quality more than makes up for this. Lovely ambiance. Hubby and I were celebrating our Anniversary and some locals we met suggested this place. The food was gorgeous... and so so delicious, fantastic cocktails as well. What I loved about this place is while it was fancy, it doesn't come with apretentious air. Will be coming back. Read more

Surf and turf and the burgers were delicious. My meatballs dish was otherwise disappointed, the carrots in there was so hard... that I can’t eat over half of them. Cous cous was tasteless as well. Service was very nice and attentive. I enjoyed theatmosphere there Read more
