Doesn't make order when you order it online. Walked in to get my online order, saw there was a fruit explosion. I ordered online... 13 minutes ago. Only when you show up do they begin to make your order. Coffee is too hot to drink for 20 minutes. And by thetime they started preparing my order, they ran out of fruit explosions. If you?re craving Timmy?s definitely go through the drive-thru the staff only pay attention to their customers in cars.... Obviously short staffed but at least greet your customers and say someone will be there shortly. Do not ignore us. Read more
Absolutely disgusting bathrooms, I went in to use the bathroom before they closed and it was Absolutely disgusting, paper towels... everywere, the toilet was clogged and full of papertowels it was absolutely gross, I never did use the washroom because of it.Then in the morning I went back in to get a a coffee and usevthe washroom but it was in the exact same condition as the nightbefore, I guess there is no cleaning staff, makes me wonder if that is how they clean the bathrooms how are they cleaning thecoffee maker'sand where they prepare food? Stopped by to check out Canada?s Favourite coffee joint and it?s basically Dunkin. Everything, from the coffee to the food,... taste artificial. If you want coffee, there are plenty of other cafes near by. If you want cheap, and by cheap I mean lowquality, and are in a rush, I guess this could be an option. Read more
Asked about vegan food options, server had no idea and showed zero interest in finding out. Asked if they had an allergen... booklet which I could look at to find out, apparently they didn't. This is the second experience in this place for dine inside and it was great although many reviews reflected the opposite. The... seating area was clean and organized, some tables are not in service to ensure social distancing. Service was quick , food andcoffee are hot and exactly as it ordered. I?m so sad. Tim Hortons has been my neighbourhood stop shop just to relax get out get some fresh air and have a coffee. But... suddenly it?s gone downhill. This staff can?t take an order-Not even a simple order for a coffee and a bagel. I tried threetimes to get the same coffee order that I?ve been getting probably at least 500 times and I just couldn?t make these peopleunderstand. Instead of giving me my proper order they said we know you know and we know thatAnd they couldn?t get the bagelright either. I probably paid twice as much as what I should have Only to get the wrong order, something I couldn?t eat.
